Visited the recently opened new location in Ruidoso Very disappointed with the service. The staff was all gathered behind the bar and we called twice. It took the waitress a long time to finally come and take the dessert order.

Music is too loud, not the best service, tea was old and had a bad taste, i had the mix fajitas plate, both chicken and beef were over cook, rice and beans were ok, all were plentyfull, No free chips, Garcias is better

I’ve been to los agaves twice and both times me and my family were treated horrible by the manager there. The first time we went he was our waiter and never once attended to us there was another kid who had to pick up his slack and bring us silverware AND our food. The second time me and my mom had cards out and a sweet young lady came to tell us to put them away and when we asked why the manager yelled from the other side of the restaurant and made it a huge deal about how “this isn’t a casino”. He was rude and inconsiderate. There was no reason to yell at a customer we weren’t fighting or raising our voices and he could’ve handled the situation better. The food is mediocre at best for real authentic AND good food go to la salsa or ole taco the people there are always kind and welcoming.
We came to eat here the service, food was really good and infact we came back after going to Lincoln National Park we ate dinner there, was so good... definitely will come again!
