Last two visits was sadly disappointing.

Only rating a 1 because I cannot rate a 0. We placed an order, we understood that it was a Saturday night so we knew it would be a wait and were not surprised when they said an hour to an hour and a half. Almost 2 hours pass by and no delivery, we call and come to find out our order was never placed, but they did charge our card! After 20 minutes on the phone, all the manager said was sorry and they could deliver in another 30 minutes. I had to accept since everywhere else was either too far or closed. This is super disrespectful and frustrating. Next time will definitely go with Domino's instead!

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an extremely upsetting and unacceptable experience at your Pizza Hut location while attempting to pick up an online order.
I do not live in the area and was traveling with my family from El Paso, TX. After checking into our hotel, my family wanted dinner following a long drive. We placed an online order for pickup and were looking forward to a smooth experience.
When we arrived at the restaurant, I was surprised by how packed the parking lot was. While trying to find a space, I saw an open parking spot clearly marked:
“Curbside Pickup – Check email for check-in instructions.”
Since I had placed an online pickup order, I reasonably assumed this was the correct spot for me. I parked and immediately pulled out my phone to check the email, exactly as the sign instructed.
Before I even had a chance to finish reading the email, a man came out waving his arms and commanding me to move, telling me the space was for the drive-thru. I was caught off guard because I genuinely didn’t even know Pizza Hut had a drive-thru—this is not something I’m used to in my area. I calmly tried to explain that I had an online order and was there for pickup, but he continued speaking to me in an aggressive, demanding tone and kept insisting I move because someone else needed the spot.
As I began backing my vehicle out of the space to reposition, this man loudly accused me of trying to hit him, saying:
“You trying to hit me with your car, BRO?!”
This accusation was completely false and inappropriate. He was standing in front of my vehicle while I was reversing out. Also, I drive a Tesla Cybertruck, and the entire interaction was recorded on camera. If needed, I can provide video that clearly documents his behavior and reaction.
When I responded that I needed to reverse and angle my vehicle, he escalated further, saying:
“I’m not your bro.”
At this point, I was so shocked and disgusted by how hostile and unprofessional he was that I immediately requested my order be canceled and left the location.
What makes this even worse is that I later learned this individual was the General Manager.
As a customer—especially one unfamiliar with the area—this interaction was not only uncalled for, it was genuinely distressing. A General Manager should be able to calmly assist a customer and correct a misunderstanding respectfully. Instead, I was met with aggression from the very start. I was left shaking, anxious, and uncomfortable, and the encounter affected my family and the rest of our evening. This should never happen to anyone who is simply trying to pick up food.
I pulled into another nearby parking lot afterward and called the store to speak with someone above him. I spoke to a shift leader who confirmed that he was the General Manager and that there was no one above him at the store level. She also informed me that my order had been canceled and removed from the system.
I ended up getting dinner elsewhere, but the damage was already done. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and it is extremely concerning that this behavior came from the person leading the store.
I am requesting that this incident be formally reviewed and addressed. At a minimum, I expect:
A response acknowledging this complaint,
Confirmation that the situation has been escalated to the appropriate leadership,
And assurance that this type of treatment toward customers will not be tolerated moving forward.
Again, I can provide the video footage from my vehicle if needed for your investigation.

Waited for about 7 min before a server came to the front to seat us. We ordered drinks and pizza at the same time and we sat for about 25 min before asking if it will be out soon. She brought it out after and the pizza was warm not hot and obviously could tell it sat there for a minute. She was the only worker we saw for front of the house.

Pizza Hut here in Ruidoso is more than just a place to grab great pizza — it’s a business that genuinely gives back to the community. The pizza is always hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect, but what really makes this location special is how involved they are locally.
They consistently support community-oriented events, school programs, and fundraisers, and it shows that they care about the people who live here, not just the business. That kind of local commitment makes a real difference in a small mountain town like ours.
As a local real estate broker who spends a lot of time helping families move to and settle into Ruidoso, I truly appreciate businesses like this that help make the community stronger. It’s places like this that give new homeowners that “this feels like home” feeling.
Great food, great people, and a great local partner — highly recommend this Pizza Hut.

Our server india was very impatient, rolled her eyes when my son was crying while taking our order. came to us only 3 times seemed like she didn’t want to work ? it was busy it’s holiday season and my family and i went to eat after snowboarding. all the other employees seemed very eager to work it was just her attitude. I’m in the service industry, if you don’t have good service skills go work somewhere that will pay you by the hour and not tips !!

I am a vegan and these guys do a bang up job of getting it right and being courteous. I worked for a Pizza Hut In San Antonio, Texas and we were taught to be humble. Pizza Hut Ruidoso had no problem doing it cruelty free and keeping it on a professional level.This smile is for you guys keep up the good work. I order the personal pan pizza with black olives and onions sometimes with extra sauce. Love, Jenn Hollis.

Ordered a large and 2 medium pizzas and boneless wings tonight. Had a hell of a time getting order in. 17 minutes on the phone. Wings were great but the pizzas were half cooked. Gonna take a break from you for awhile and order from somewhere else.

Terrible service!!! Lady at the window claimed she couldn’t hear us at the window and said if we wanted to order we’d have to get out and come inside. With the nastiest attitude!! We will be calling corporate. Mind you, she could hear us perfectly. All we wanted was a pepperoni pizza.
