The food is good and the place is cute but it's hard to look past certain issues. This establishment, unfortunately, has a bad rodent problem. Specifically, mice.

The food here is always the best. Better than any other schlotzskys in the state for sure. My favorites are the Cali flatbread and the fiesta chicken sandwich. They always have great staff on hand and the atmosphere is nice when there's not a bunch of people there but still very worth it.

Went to TCBY for three scoops of ice cream: cookie dough, brownie bits, mocha almond. All delicious!

Asked for extra onion's on the side, it looked like they came off another sandwich. I didn't have any avocado.

Very upset with the product I went in and ordered a large original, and I got a Sandwich smothered with mustard when I tried calling them to get this corrected they pulled the phone off the line and just let it ring and then I finally got to the message box and started leaving a message where I was then hung up on again all I would like is a refund if someone could contact me that would be great to make up for this that left a terrible taste in my mouth. Lots of mention a terrible taste of the food as well. Going to post pics. My napkins were full of mustard.

Randy at the register very happy go lucky. Assisted us with the app to get the best possible discount. Graciously took out order with a bunch of changes. Everything worked out well. Thank you too all. Nice to consistently receive exactly what I order. Thanx to those in the back area making the sandwiches. Really appreciate you taking time to read the order and get it correct.
