I love sonic but just had the worst chicken sandwich ever. Quarter inch thick chicken at best. Bad flavor and no spice at all. hope they arnt giving in on quality

I dont like to leave reviews but this was horrendous. 😠Old food, melted ice-cream (during cold temperatures) and rude staff. Upset I wasted money on this so hopefully other people can avoid the mistake I made.

This was the worst experience I have had at a Sonic. All the food was cold and not made right. The drinks tasted like carbonation. I called to let the manager know and she said she would give me a refund to my credit card for the 54.00 I spent there but that was on July 5th and it’s been 6 days now with no refund. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

We went through the drive-through to get the half-price shakes. Ordered two and was told it was five dollars and some odd cents. When the manager brought them out, he charged me 820 and I told him I thought it was five something he said he didn’t know why SHE did that he would find out so when we get to the window, he tells me that he charged the person in front of me for mine and he charged me for them. I gave him back the $11.80 change that he had given me and then he gave me three dollars and told me that I didn’t give him back to 10 so I told him I wasn’t leaving until I got my money so they counted the drawer and he told me the drawer was right which it could’ve been because the man doesn’t know how to count change Horrible experience will never go back to sonic not even for free shakes. Will be calling corporate tomorrow. beware if you go there make sure that the manager is not the one taking your money and giving you your change if he does double check it because you probably got ripped off

I hate this sonic so much every time we order diet cherry limeade with extra cherrys and limes we never get any!!! Then we order the chilli dogs and the bread is molded!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you
