We went through the drive-through to get the half-price shakes. Ordered two and was told it was five dollars and some odd cents. When the manager brought them out, he charged me 820 and I told him I thought it was five something he said he didn’t know why SHE did that he would find out so when we get to the window, he tells me that he charged the person in front of me for mine and he charged me for them. I gave him back the $11.80 change that he had given me and then he gave me three dollars and told me that I didn’t give him back to 10 so I told him I wasn’t leaving until I got my money so they counted the drawer and he told me the drawer was right which it could’ve been because the man doesn’t know how to count change Horrible experience will never go back to sonic not even for free shakes. Will be calling corporate tomorrow. beware if you go there make sure that the manager is not the one taking your money and giving you your change if he does double check it because you probably got ripped off

I hate this sonic so much every time we order diet cherry limeade with extra cherrys and limes we never get any!!! Then we order the chilli dogs and the bread is molded!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on you

Visiting Ruidoso, we came here twice in one day. 1st time the order was messed up and the jr chicken patty was seconds away from being burnt. On the 2nd visit we thought just ordering shakes shouldn't be a problem, right? Ordered it on the app well before arriving. After arriving and checking in to a stall, we waited 30 minutes before being so mad that we called the store to try to cancel the order. They had the nerve to say the shakes were already made. We left without the shakes and got Mc Flurries.

Let's support natural restaurants not these fast food places that cause us to be sick. Ordered two slushies and so much dye was put into it it stained my skin so quick like paint and it tasted straight like syrup and was not even a real slushy just liquid and we ordered cherries in one and instead of putting cherries they put extra cherry syrup which made the drink disgustingly sickening. I got a horrible migraine after I drank some and my bf started feeling sick to his stomach! Do not support sonic for the sake of your health! Wish the world would serve only natural foods and drinks with natural fruit flavoring instead of poison

My niece had a chili cheese coney, and the meat was moldy.
The person on the speaker kept rushing us and was short with us. Cashier was nice and patient.
Saw a lot of hiring now signs, so probably short staffed, but please check your food before serving customers.

I went to sonic today to get lunch and asked for ketchup with my burger and the manager who took my order was rude and told me no about adding ketchup to my burger and then the car hop tried to say I misunderstood when I didn't so I'll be calling corporate.
