We ordered drinks and pastries, and a venti cup of ice. Apparently the biggest they could do is 2 medium cups, so we offered to pay for a large and Luka said he’d have to charge us for a bottle of water. that’s their “policy” 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Ordered a butter croissant “warmed up” it literally just came out of the freezer… I ordered a hot breve mocha got a cup of cold milk with maybe a pump of mocha and no espresso… 🤔🤔🤔 Pretty pricey for cold items I did not order…

The morning crew desperately need more help. I recommend ordering and paying online. Drive thru flows pretty good. But walk-in food orders take forever. So be prepared to wait.

This is probably the worst Starbucks I have been to. The lady working was so rude. People would come in the store in bright spirits saying hi and ask questions and she would answer them rude and dry, if she answered them at all. I watched her ignore someone two times while he was asking her a question. I don’t mind waiting, because I know it’s a busy morning. But my coffee tasted disgusting. It was extremely watered down, I had ordered two shaken espressos and she gave them to me with only one shaken. I know this also because I was sitting in the lobby while waiting. I ended up wasting $16 on two drinks that were undrinkable.
If you come to ruidoso, as a Starbucks LOVER, I unfortunately suggest you bring your own coffee rather than go to this location.

This is a VERY SLOW Starbucks. Go thru the drive thru if you want coffee bc they get priority over anyone going inside. Save your tips.

Odd location, they were out of literally out of almost everything. I didn't end up ordering. Guy in line said he'd been up to order about 3 times for a larger group trying to figure out what to get since they were out of everything.

Online and app orders take priority.
Was walk in and quickly ordered waited over 12 minutes for two orders.
11 cars thru drive thru, and seven walk-in pickups.
This priority needs to change. Walk in and order at counter should always be first priority.

Had great drive thru service in the morning. Went back in the afternoon and were closed. So call and check when it snows to see if open. It’s a ski town but you never know. Other businesses closed do to weather.
