I was soooo disappointed in Starbucks Ruidoso today. We waited in car line for about 30 minutes to order 2 grande hot chocolates with whipped cream. They were barely hot, and tasted like brown water. They had no whipped cream, as clearly ordered. When we got home I had to pull out my Starbucks hot chocolate mix I had purchased at the store and add a half a package to each cup. Then I heated it in the microwave and added a large dollop of whipped cream. Wish I had just made the whole thing at home and saved the $9.00! Very disappointing, Starbucks!

Drinks and cake pops were fabulous! They lady at the window Arlie I believe it was was extremely disrespectful, horrible costumer service, as we mad a complaint to another person she stood behind him smirking when we asked for a managers card. I love Starbucks and the people are usually awesome and very friendly, this was a not so good experience.

Ordered a butter croissant āwarmed upā it literally just came out of the freezerā¦ I ordered a hot breve mocha got a cup of cold milk with maybe a pump of mocha and no espressoā¦ š¤š¤š¤ Pretty pricey for cold items I did not orderā¦

The morning crew desperately need more help. I recommend ordering and paying online. Drive thru flows pretty good. But walk-in food orders take forever. So be prepared to wait.
