Had great drive thru service in the morning. Went back in the afternoon and were closed. So call and check when it snows to see if open. It’s a ski town but you never know. Other businesses closed do to weather.
Ordered my Mocha Frappucino online and waited the recommended 15 minutes. Went and stood waiting another 15 minutes while Janelle tried to figure out the menu and talk to another customer. Another employee was nice enough to put my beverage in the glass, but it was on the back counter for several more minutes until Janelle finally saw it and handed it to me. First and hopefully only time that I have had substandard service.

Was walk in and quickly ordered waited over 12 minutes for two orders.
11 cars thru drive thru, and seven walk-in pickups.
This priority needs to change. Walk in and order at counter should always be first priority.
