I was standing in line behind a couple placing an order for 35 sandwiches when the staff began displaying a rude attitude toward them. Additionally, the staff were openly talking and complaining about the customers right in front of everyone. Then, the staff skipped their order to help us first. While I can understand this to some extent due to the abrupt way they were told to wait, it was still unprofessional.
When it was our turn, I forgot to ask for avocado initially, which meant they had to run and get more because they didnāt have enough on hand. At that moment, an older gentleman who wasnāt assisting me stopped what he was doing to lecture me with a condescending attitude about why I should have asked for avocado first. I responded respectfully, explaining that I noticed but that the ingredient isnāt visible, and I would remember next time.
To make matters worse, a fly šŖ°landed on my sandwich right in front of this man. I informed him repeatedly, but he did nothing until I mentioned it a fourth time. There was no apology or replacement offered for the contaminated sandwich.
This experience was extremely disappointing. I will definitely not be returning, and I intend to share this experience with others.

I have been to so many subways and this is by far the worst! Almost all locations participate in the deals $6.99 a 6ā meal except the two in Ruidoso, all because of the owner. Every deal thatās on tv or coupons he doesnāt do because heās so cheap. Iāve heard him get rude with a customer even asking about a coupon. This man owns 3 subways. He definitely doesnāt need the money that bad.

Disturbing behavior from the staff at this store. Cursing, laughing and completely ignoring customers in line. One bossy girl named Hailey verbally threatened the only nice guy doing a good job, causing a huge scene in front of us. Upon receiving our sandwich, another kid named Matt took payment with no smile and no thank you. How is it possible that the owner hasnāt fired these children?! Shameful. Never coming back.

This subway was awful. Two employees were so hateful and rude. The gentleman had hickeys all over his neck. The girl just stared at you didnāt make you feel welcome at all made you feel uncomfortable ordering your food like you were a problem the only gentleman who was nice and Very helpful. Of the 3 subways in last 2 weeks this was the best of the 3 . It was clean which the others were not and they were fast and knew what they were doing. Walked in and they screamed all they had was ghost pepper bread and flatbread (wow). We ordered 1 with ghost pepper bread 1 with flat bread surprisingly both were good. They were getting slammed at 3:00 in the afternoon but it wasn't a bread shortage issue it was not being able to break away and bake the bread. Wouldn't it be better to just close the doors for an hour and get the bread going so you would have what your customers wanted? It ended up ok but not what we wanted -Subway is 0 for 3 in Dec 2024 for me !

Manager you NEED to fire your employees, they kept playing around, CURSING at each other infront of the customers, talking slang, being rude and ignoring customers while ātheyā were chatting. Our subway was getting made by one of the guys while the girl kept picking at him and being loud, annoying and just rude! The other guy was laughing and playing around while the guy preparing our subway was going along with both of them WHILE THERE WAS CUSTOMERS WAITING TO ORDER! Like seriously??? Facility was not kept up with and bathrooms were dirty!

The food was pretty good, however I had a coupon. They told me at checkout that they are now refusing coupons for the past two weeks, something I was unaware of. To appease me when i expressed being displeased, they offered a 10% discount. I was still unhappy but hungry and excepted. I shouldn't have because the "10%" says 10% off any item but didn't take anything off. Something that was supposed to be $20 turned into $30 and I would have keep my order small if this was told ahead of time or advertised. False advertisement makes a dissatisfied trip.
