TCBY is a childhood classic and happy to see it in Ruidoso! It’s attached to the Schlotskys but everyone was friendly and place was clean and plenty options to choose from. Employee was very helpful and kind in helping me choose, despite my awkward appearance (respirator mask)

Frozen yogurt is good but customer service is lacking. The one woman working worked at a turtle’s pace and had an attitude that shows she really doesn’t want to be in the service industry. When you are the face of a company that caters to all ages, friendliness is a must!

Was about to close I asked worker if I was to late to order a cinnamon roll she said stand in line and wait your turn like everyone else! Not that I won't go back but I treat the way I get treated, Soo Rude!! Give this lady a day off already or maybe a week she acting exhausted!!
