Great food, great cocktails & amazing service ! My filet was cooked perfectly , all our food was brought out at the same time (we were a party of 12) and everyone enjoyed their food and drinks.
Everything about this place was hit! The service was outstanding, the food was delicious. We enjoyed our time there. Definitely recommend.
Unfortunately, for us, this is a very bad experience. Reference the beginning, we felt very rushed as we were urged to order promptly when the drinks arrived, they tasted as if an inexperienced bartender had made them. For my party of six, we all agreed that the only thing that was good was the steak and the chile and corn soup. The baked potatoes were cold and dry, the bread was cold and hard, and the only thing note worthy where is the waitress that we had who was very understanding very accommodating and made the experience palatable. So For us, this was the first and the last time. Personally, I think that you would be better off eating at Cattle Baron in Ruidoso which is a shame cause I love supporting local businesses.
Party of 6, We last an hour and a half to get our food, they were running out of a lot of things on the menu
Martini w blue cheese stuffed olives great Caesar salad perfect ribeye excellent w garlic pasta filet awesome w garlic pasta steaks the best and cooked perfectly service from front door and at table phenomenal
The 2nd time going. The 1st was very good and service was good. This time was bad. Reservation at 5pm..didnt receive main meal for over 1 hour...kept having to ask for drink refills and refills on appetizer chips as it took so long for food to arrive. Hit and miss..might of just hit a bad night.
I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The porterhouse and the elk tenderloin were grilled perfectly. The strip steak queso, ( chips made there) was delicious, along with the tortilla soup(one of the best I've had.) our waitress was wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly. Next time I will leave room for dessert.
Such a variety of food at our table. One sampler p,after, one filet, and one ribeye. All were excellent, as always. The service was excellent. Overall, the perfect evening entertaining a friend from Texas.
Good took forever to come out. Steak was great but my girlfriend was served a rancid cut of salmon. After 2 bites she felt sick. The assistant manager said she agreed it smelled bad and asked the GM and his statement was we don't keep salmon long enough for it to be bad. They did comp our meal, but I will be filing a complaint with the health department. Apparently their cold storage isn't working.
This place is fantastic! The food was great and the service even better. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Ruidoso!

Tucked away from town it's a hidden gem. Elk filet was fantastic as well as the rib eye. For entertainment a duo of ladies absolutely killed it on every song. Great food, friendly service, and stellar entertainment. Worth the visit and one of the best restaurants for a steak in the area.
Six people in our party: each had a different menu item. Each person thought their food was excellent
Amazing service and amazing food! The lemon/ pistachio pie was delicious! We will be back!
The Texas Club was the perfect spot to celebrate my husband's birthday. The waitress and server were very attentive, the food was delicious, and the live entertainment was great!
Ranchers has several tables open and still told us a 45 minute wait. Used open table to reserve a treble at seven. Got to Texas Club at 645 and the were the best.
