Suppose to open at 7 am. It's 7:51 and they won't open. Doing inventory one person says and another says waiting on the system to start up. Sounds likke they were late to work and nobody wants to work.

Toaster machine not working need fix
On a car trip passing through. Everyone in our vehicle that ate subway got diarrhea. The people in my our car that waited for Arby’s at the next exit was ok.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at a Subway.
I stopped by today to grab a sandwich. There were two employees working — one older and one very young. After the younger girl finished making my sandwich, I politely asked her not to cut it, as I prefer to take it whole. She replied, “I don’t have any paper to wrap it like that.” I said that it’s totally fine — I’ll just take it uncut.
Instead, she went ahead and cut it anyway, looked annoyed, and said, “This is the only way we serve it,” then pushed the sandwich toward me without care.
I was honestly shocked. This is the first Subway where I’ve ever been treated with such rudeness. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. It wasn’t a big request — just a simple customer preference that was completely ignored.

Extremely rude expect customers to eat rotten vegetables that's been sitting out for 10 hours instead of having fresh vegetables available for customers that like they do not wear name tags so they can pull somebody else's name up and say oh I'm this sorry get better crew Subway

I DEFINITELY have to give a shout out to the twins that worked today. Those 2 make an amazing team. Awesome personalities, on point, extremely polite and courteous. Even with .y weird order. I had my sub mad and then cut up to a salad.
