Beautiful place, gorgeous location, and great customer service. The food has been wonderful, and even though it's cold right now, wandering about the trails is very worth it.

Great way to be a part of the community and enjoy delicious local food. They also have a Starbucks in the lobby of you want a taste of home. Loved the on sure museum tour. And they have a great horse rescue program, and some classes offered to learn more about some indigenous skills.
Nearby activities: A great outdoor food court area across the main highway.
Walkability: Great walking trails on the property.

Amazing property with tons of interesting culture to experience. The staff were very friendly and polite. This place has 3 different pools, one adults only with quiet rules which can be very nice for people staying without kids who want a more relaxing pool experience. Lots to do on site, we were there 4 days and never left the property. Rio Grande runs through the property, we walked nature trails and even went to the horse stables and watched a Rodeo.
Rooms: Rooms were very well kept, everything worked properly, very nice spacious balcony with a bistro table was an awesome spot to have lunch.
Nearby activities: Horseback riding, bicycle riding, Nature trails, Tennis, Basketball.
Food and drinks: Multiple restaurants on-site and a nice hotel bar.

This is a beautiful and remotely located resort. It's very relaxing and scenic. Great for golf, restaurants were good. Rooms could use some updating, but we're clean. I would recommend it!

I just love this place. Beautiful and peaceful property. We took a nice stroll around the cottonwood and saw wild turkeys. Had a light lunch of shrimp tacos, a kale salad, and a delicious old fashion. We didn't stay in a room this time. However, have in the past, the rooms were clean and spacious with great service. I am always looking forward to returning.

We stay here often and only live about 70 miles away. This most recent stay wasn't all that great. The room was good as usual but when we checked in the person at the front desk asked if we were familiar with the restaurants. We said "Yes" and after dropping your stuff off at a room went to get dinner at the restaurant downstairs. It was during their operating hours but the lights were off and nobody was there. There were no signs saying they were closed, in fact the only sign there was one saying the hours listed. We then ended up going to grab something to eat at the bar and had an alright time. One of the best things at this place is going to that same restaurant downstairs and getting the breakfast buffet. The food is outstanding quality, you can also get a fantastic omelette. Except for this time, we showed up while they were open and got a waiter that we are familiar with and both said we wanted the buffet. We had four other people with us and they all wanted it too. But alas the buffet was not open. No signs, no warnings, just a bunch of hungry people looking at a menu. And then the confusing arguing from the waiter starts up. Somebody wants huevos rancheros but with a flour tortilla instead of a corn tortilla. He said he'll see if they can do it but he doesn't think that's possible. I myself make huevos rancheros all the time, it's pretty easy to open a bag of flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas and use that. Once the meal actually showed up they had corn tortillas with a flour tortilla on the side. The coffee wasn't hot, the service was really slow, and in general it was a crappy morning for us all expecting something great. Considering our three groups actually booked the bed and breakfast deal I don't know that it was worth the price this time.
In this day and age with email and cell phone there's no reason they couldn't send a little email or text blast out to everyone advising us of what's opened or closed within 24 or 48 Hours beforehand. There are great places to eat nearby if the places here are closed like Freight House.
2024 decided we give it another shot to come catch a comedy show and what do you know they no longer have a shuttle. For some reason they don't consider asking you if you know about that and don't advertise it anywhere. Good thing I asked as it looks like a pretty busy night due to them having a wedding but somebody told me they haven't had a shuttle since June and they get a lot of complaints about it. Instead we got to pay 32.00 to book an Uber one way, I'm sure the next one's going to be super expensive.
Why am I staying here instead of the hotel at the casino now?

Beautiful hotel, wonderful rooms. The bathrooms need to be upgraded a bit. The only issue we had was mediocre food and service in the restaurant.
Rooms: Comfortable rooms.
Food and drinks: Food was over priced and not that great. Restaurant is beautiful though.

Loved this resort and all it offers. We will return. Our only mild dismay was the room carpets were worn out and decor is already outdated. Other than that, amenities, grounds, personal, hotel restaurants were top notch.

The Hyatt hosted multiple company parties for us and they were always a lot of fun and planned out perfectly. The food and atmosphere for events is fantastic. In addition to attending, the resort and spa offered many other activities for guests to make it even more enjoyable.

Came for a wedding and the dinner service staff was pretty rude. Tried to get 2 more chairs for our table and had to ask 4 people to get the chairs and then when we thanked them they didn't even say anything. Also they didn't want to serve the DJ even though he was a literal guest of the wedding. Pretty bad on their part
The hotel itself was beautiful, had unique cultural artifacts, history, and art threaded throughout the decor, architecture, and in all of the activities. The majority of the people we encountered were very very nice. Corn Maiden was incredible. We ended up there twice. Vanya went above and beyond both nights we saw her. Outstanding food and staff. Seneca, the leader of our nature walk and adobe brick making class was unbelievable. I really think it would do the hotel good by moving him up in the ranks (perhaps activities director or at the very least allowing him to do an additional day for the stories under the stars). We didn’t get to enjoy that activity or many others because the hotel is limited on when they offer courses. Seneca has exceptional knowledge on his culture, his ancestry, the plants and animals that live there, and the history of the land. He would do an amazing job if you were to add another night for story time. The one important problem that we had while staying was the lack of transportation. The hotel does not have a shuttle and Ubers will not go there so I highly recommend renting a car or budgeting for a luxury car service if you plan to see what else New Mexico has to offer.

The location, and views are absolutely beautiful, peaceful, tranquil! The staff, goes above and beyond! The service, food, drinks, atmosphere is lovely! The one and only complaint, is for the price, it needs updating. The rooms, are nice, but older, and in need of some care.
