Unfortunately the food looked better than it tasted. The seafood in my seafood chowder was overcooked, which was rubbery. The tomahawk was DISAPPOINTING. The dessert was probably the ONLY thing that was very good. I won't recommend coming here because the quality DOESN'T match the price. I'm definitely NOT returning. The food reminds me of something that would be served at the casino FOOD COURT.
The filet was one of the best that I’ve ever had! Also, their cheesecake is incredible.
The service was amazing and food was delicious I highly recommend!
Delicous food, professional and courteous staff and service. Will definitely be back again. My bone in rib eye steak was grilled too perfection!
NEVER COMING BACK. First visit, seated 20 minutes after reservation, 20 more minutes before waiter came. Onion soup only redemption. Lamb was gamey, old meat, served, tasteless, offensive. My partner ordered the salmon…they brought him the lamb….and charged him for it! He never got his salmon. Waiters incentive and careless. Both plates were left with all the food on it.
Paramount to stealing, bad service, bad food. Juniper staff and manager just don’t care. They will reply with the same BS response but it is plainly obvious this restaurant doesn’t care about what they serve or your experience.
Food is made to your specific request. Food has always been consistently fresh and delicious.
We had a pretty good experience. Good food & service.
I'm extremely disappointed.
Poor services, poor food quality, that may be the reason why very few customers on a saturday weekend. Order steak in medium rare but served with well done (Steak House?). No apologize and no replacement, a baked potato that was partially raw. Again, the manager acting like you ate part of it to complain, meaning you accepted the cooking, no apologize, no replacement, just no action was taken. Bad, bad, and very bad. I'm not going to visit this place anymore. If there is a choice for less than a star, it will be my true selection.
Well I normally don’t say much negative about a place but this one started out bad. Waited about 10 minutes before the waiter came to speak to me here. It was not busy. Ordered the calamari for an appetizer. I’d give it a 1/10. Probably the greasiest calamari I’ve had but somehow had no flavor. Brussels sprouts were fried so much that only 3 were whole. The rest was like eating fried confetti. The saving grace was that the New York strip was cooked to the correct temperature, medium. It was very well seasoned and the wine demiglaze was great. Baked potato was decent. I like a great steak so I gave them a 4. Service was good after the initial wait. It was pricey for the quality of appetizers and sides. Steak was well priced.
We had high hopes for this high end steakhouse. What a disappointing culinary experience. Danielle our server was the only redeeming part of our dinner. We had shrimp cocktail, wedge salad, 9 oz filet, with asparagus and mashed potatoes. The shrimp was old and tough, the wedge came out with the wrong dressing, the steak was a bad cut and woefully under cooked, and the mashed potatoes tasted like they had been made the day before. The asparagus was the only thing that tasted fresh and was cooked well. We also had an eggy creme brulé, clearly made days earlier. Don't waste your time or money going here.

Sat at the bar and ordered 2 Mahi Mahi and 1 Salmon. The fish was so dry and tasteless. I told the bar tender who apologized and offered a dessert. When paying for upscale food is should be expected to be superb. I attempted to contact a manager of the restaurant with no success. I'm very disappointed with the food, especially cuz it was voted as best restaurant for 4 years.

My wife took me there for my birthday. The food, wine, and service were all exceptional. I had the prime rib and my wife had the filet mignon. They were cooked to perfection. The wine was a Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley Vineyards. Having resided in the Pacific Northwest, we were pleased to enjoy a fine wine from that region. We will definitely return for another meal.

I am so disappointed with my experience tonight. I will say that I tend to recommend this restaurant to everyone and take new people there every other week, as we tend to go eat before the comedy shows. Tonight, I had taken 13 new friends to this place after telling them how amazing it was and the situation tonight killed the whole mood. I will for one say the food was amazing, the host was amazing and so was our server. We were sat in a private room and shortly after our meal was served we had to listen to our server and a manager go back and forth about her having to clock out and leave immediately. We then heard that our server needed to be escorted out by security and then our server came in to our room in tears, grabbed her items from a drawer and left.
The whole situation should have happened behind closed doors. We sat with no refills and no clue who our new server was for a good thirty minutes. As it was nearing time to go to the show I approached the hostess and it was then she helped located someone who could further assist us. The supervisor came in shortly after and we got no apology, no explanation, nothing…
We had to repeat our whole orders all over again and after waiting an additional 20-30 minutes we were told that they will just find us at the comedy show to pay. An hour later they come find us at the comedy show and ruined the show for me because she was trying to see if our checks were correct and then of course taking time away from the comedy show we had to deal with this. It was so lackluster. I think in situations like this we could have at the least gotten an apology or something. Half my group that purchased tickets to the comedy show just went home because they were over it. I still tipped, paid full price but not to be honest I won’t go back. The way they handle situations in front of their guests, the way they can’t apologize it was embarrassing. My meal alone was $200 with my Tomahawk and drinks and Instead we will gladly take our business to another steak house that can handle things in a professional manner. Would love to hear from the GM of this restaurant

Very disappointed!
I've been calling, leaving messages & checking the website trying to make a reservation for NYE. Reached someone at the restaurant two weeks before Thanksgiving & was told they were not taking reservations for NYE until the day after Thanksgiving. Called & left a message on 11/29/24 providing date, time & phone #. No call back. Called yesterday (Monday) & was told they're are completely booked for that day. Was put on a cancellation list, but she didn't even get my name until I asked if she wanted my name to go with the phone #. This was a complete fail on the restaurants part. SMH
