We had high hopes for this high end steakhouse. What a disappointing culinary experience. Danielle our server was the only redeeming part of our dinner. We had shrimp cocktail, wedge salad, 9 oz filet, with asparagus and mashed potatoes. The shrimp was old and tough, the wedge came out with the wrong dressing, the steak was a bad cut and woefully under cooked, and the mashed potatoes tasted like they had been made the day before. The asparagus was the only thing that tasted fresh and was cooked well. We also had an eggy creme brulé, clearly made days earlier. Don't waste your time or money going here.

Sat at the bar and ordered 2 Mahi Mahi and 1 Salmon. The fish was so dry and tasteless. I told the bar tender who apologized and offered a dessert. When paying for upscale food is should be expected to be superb. I attempted to contact a manager of the restaurant with no success. I'm very disappointed with the food, especially cuz it was voted as best restaurant for 4 years.

My wife took me there for my birthday. The food, wine, and service were all exceptional. I had the prime rib and my wife had the filet mignon. They were cooked to perfection. The wine was a Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley Vineyards. Having resided in the Pacific Northwest, we were pleased to enjoy a fine wine from that region. We will definitely return for another meal.

I am so disappointed with my experience tonight. I will say that I tend to recommend this restaurant to everyone and take new people there every other week, as we tend to go eat before the comedy shows. Tonight, I had taken 13 new friends to this place after telling them how amazing it was and the situation tonight killed the whole mood. I will for one say the food was amazing, the host was amazing and so was our server. We were sat in a private room and shortly after our meal was served we had to listen to our server and a manager go back and forth about her having to clock out and leave immediately. We then heard that our server needed to be escorted out by security and then our server came in to our room in tears, grabbed her items from a drawer and left.
The whole situation should have happened behind closed doors. We sat with no refills and no clue who our new server was for a good thirty minutes. As it was nearing time to go to the show I approached the hostess and it was then she helped located someone who could further assist us. The supervisor came in shortly after and we got no apology, no explanation, nothing…
We had to repeat our whole orders all over again and after waiting an additional 20-30 minutes we were told that they will just find us at the comedy show to pay. An hour later they come find us at the comedy show and ruined the show for me because she was trying to see if our checks were correct and then of course taking time away from the comedy show we had to deal with this. It was so lackluster. I think in situations like this we could have at the least gotten an apology or something. Half my group that purchased tickets to the comedy show just went home because they were over it. I still tipped, paid full price but not to be honest I won’t go back. The way they handle situations in front of their guests, the way they can’t apologize it was embarrassing. My meal alone was $200 with my Tomahawk and drinks and Instead we will gladly take our business to another steak house that can handle things in a professional manner. Would love to hear from the GM of this restaurant

Very disappointed!
I've been calling, leaving messages & checking the website trying to make a reservation for NYE. Reached someone at the restaurant two weeks before Thanksgiving & was told they were not taking reservations for NYE until the day after Thanksgiving. Called & left a message on 11/29/24 providing date, time & phone #. No call back. Called yesterday (Monday) & was told they're are completely booked for that day. Was put on a cancellation list, but she didn't even get my name until I asked if she wanted my name to go with the phone #. This was a complete fail on the restaurants part. SMH

If I could I'd give them 0 stars.... Last night was supposed to be a memorable mother-daughter evening at a nice steakhouse in New Mexico. I'm here for a nonprofit storytelling conference, and my mom and I were excited to travel together. We've been having a great time, and she wanted to treat me to a nice dinner before I attended an evening conference event the casino.

I booked a 7 PM reservation online and told her we'd have to head out by 8:30 for the event. We arrived at the restaurant a bit early, around 6:40 PM, and checked in with the host. We waited patiently as the lobby filled with people. I noticed the host seating several parties who had arrived after us, but I assumed they must have had earlier reservations. By 7:10, I decided to check in again. The host asked for my name, and after a moment of confusion, said she couldn't find us on the list. I reminded her we had checked in 30 minutes ago, and she suddenly remembered. She apologized and said she would seat us right away.

Finally, we were shown to our table at 7:15. Since we were already running behind, I tried to order right then with the host, but she informed us that only our server could take our order. We waited again, and by 7:30, our waiter finally arrived. We placed our order immediately.

As the clock ticked on, our drinks arrived at 7:50 and they were terrible--so bad that we left them untouched. By 8 we realized we were cutting it close for the event. I flagged down the waiter, explained our time constraint and asked if the food would be out soon. He apologized profusely, explaining that he was the only server that night because three others had called out so it wasn't possible. He kindly offered to cancel our food and comp the undrunk drinks, telling us, "Don't worry, I'll take care of it."

We headed over to the event. Just as we were settling in, at around 8:45, a security guard approached us. In a loud, accusatory tone, he said, "You need to come with us. You ran out on your bill and need to come pay."

The entire room turned to look at us. My face flushed with embarrassment. We were mortified as we followed security back to the restaurant. Once there, we were confronted by a woman claiming to be the manager. She immediately started berating us, accusing us of running out on our tab. Just as I began to explain, our waiter rushed over, clearly distressed. He told her we hadn't run out on the bill--he had canceled our food and waived the drink charge because we didn't consume them.

The manager looked stunned, realizing the mistake. They all stood there, looking foolish, as I explained how humiliating it was to be accused publicly in front of my peers at a private event. I asked for the contact information for the district manager, but the so-called manager only handed me a business card with the restaurant's contact info. When I asked her to write down the district manager's email or phone number, she reluctantly scribbled down his first name and told me it was his name & the restaurant domain.

I later emailed him, only to have the email bounce back. It was the cherry on top of a truly disastrous night.

My boyfriend made reservations for a romantic evening out. We had the fried calamari, prime rib , lamb and dessert. Along, with cocktails. Great food, ambience and service.

I think the food and overall experience was ok. I would say I was not impressed by any of the dishes that we ordered that included the ribeye, scallops, lobster mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes.

The New York Strip is really good. I ordered it twice. It was different each time. My wife enjoyed the prime rib and the Ahi Tuna appetizer.

First time we went food was excellent. Last night it was horrible. Blue cheese dressing on the wedge was not very good and it was drenched in dressing. Lamb was fatty and drenched in wine. Chicken oscar was disgusting. Baked potato was drenched in sour cream. For a beautiful place with elegant (expensive) menu you absolutely need to do better.

Well, I would have loved to review the food, but we didn't make it that far. We were told to have a seat in the open bar area by the hostess. We found an open table, and we were waiting for it to be cleared off, as there were several tables dirty. While we were waiting, another hostess came over and kicked us out of the bar area and told us to wait in the lobby for a table. We replied we were told to wait in the bar by the first hostess. The second hostess was very rude and hostile, telling us to stop blocking the way and wait. We told her we were only doing what the first hostess instructed is to do, no need to be rude. She snapped back she was very courteous as we were walking out of the restaurant. Very disappointed in the service! I will never go back.

Went in tonight and they were taking reservations for the bar area and told us we have to wait an hour and a half. I can see the tables in the bar area, but this was actually at the bar who does that?
