Prairie Star always does a good job but be advised that chef Myles likes often adds a southwest flair to some dishes. This means a spicy addition such as chile or jalapeño in his preparation.
Wonderful view of the Sandia Mountains. Quiet and casual dining experience, no rushing us through the meal and no overseeing. Outstanding food and great service, waitress offered plenty of help and was very knowledgeable of menu items. Always enjoying dining at the Prairie Star restaurant.
Always a fabulous experience at Prairie Star's Wine and Dine nights. Food is wonderful, wait staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, and a beautiful ambience — it all works together to create a memorable and enjoyable time.
