Wonderful place for dinner. Food and service is excellent and the restaurant environment is not noisy.
Always a fabulous time at Wine & Dine. Prairie Star never disappoints and we can't wait until the next time!
Excellent choices for the regular midweek wine and dine special. The salmon preparation was the best we've ever had at the Prairie Star.
Wonderful restaurant with a great menu. Food and service were excellent. Just too bad we are limited to only 5 stars!
Food was great and the ambience is bar none. The views of the Sandia's are exquisite. I highly recommend this place.
The slightest complaint was that there was a strong fish order in the restaurant. We got used to it eventually, but we certainly didn't want the fish. Service from Ronda was superb! And the steaks were exceptionally good.
Always a treat to visit Prairie Star. The food is consistently good and the staff always friendly and professional. My only complaint is that this particular night the table of eight gentleman next to us were quite loud, a real departure from the usual warm and inviting atmosphere. Conversation for our group of four was a strain. Still, noisy customers are not the fault of the establishment. And besides ... a little ho-ho-ho at the holiday season never hurt anyone.
This is basically a golf club bar with really good food. Portions were good sized. A friend had sweet potato fries which were very tasty. I had green chili chicken enchiladas. They were rolled and only two so I was a little disappointed but they were tasty. I'll go back. The view of the Sandias is amazing. Sit outside when its warm.

Creative but comforting menu, outstanding service and ambiance and an excellent wine list & bar. We'll be back - soon!
This was our first time dining on Thanksgiving. The food was great as always. And the service was top notch as always.

How wonderful to once again visit a favorite restaurant during our quick overnight stay. We have moved out of state, but enjoyed the best time and made new memories.
“After 18 holes of golf, we stopped in for drinks and Leslie was an absolute delight. She greeted us with a warm smile, was attentive without ever being overbearing, and made sure we had a relaxing, enjoyable experience. The perfect way to end a round!”

Chef Myles is terrific ~ he is innovated and always comes up with delicious offerings. The Wine and Dine (Wednesdays and Thursdays) is great & I really appreciate that he has two entries to choose from - one meat & one fish since I am primarily pescatarian. The deserts to share are always wonderful. The main dining room is lovely (and quite!) and the staff are very friendly.
Great place for a date night or special occasion. First time there, we went for the Pre Fix menu and it was fantastic. We will definitely be back.
The room is elegant, carpeted for low noise, and comfortable. We had the Wednesday Prix Fixe special which offers diner for two for $89 which includes a choice of two appetizers, two entrees, a bottle of wine and a desert for two. This is an excellent value. I had a soup appetizer and Beef Bourguignon. Both were delicious. With this special you don't get bread, or any options to add items like a salad or a side veg, which I guess is the idea of Prix Fixe. The service was efficient and friendly. Individual plates to share the desert for two and options for coffee would have been nice. I'd go again, perhaps for the full menu.
