Just got a BOSEspresso & the young lady & gentleman didn’t acknowledge me standing there. I was waiting for about 4 mins until he took my order. He was very unprofessional & no customer service skills. As they were making my coffee they were too busy flirting with each other. It would be nice to be greeted & thanked as a customer.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. They make drinks really good and always greet me with a smile. Order comes out fast and accurate like pros. Every time I pass through Shiprock I always make plans to stop by. Please keep up the good vibes. We need more of them in the world.

Very rude male and girl employees with no professionalism. Have negative attitudes. Don't have drinks or items that they advertise. I called at hour before they closed spoke with a male employee who introduced himself as Starbucks Bashas. I asked him if they are still open and selling coffee and drinks, he informed me they are still selling all drinks until 6 as they will close early. When I arrived at the store, the male and female employee told me they are not selling coffee. I showed them the phone call and they denied any call. They started with unprofessional customer service soon as I arrived. Don't come here got to coffee shop for better service and quality.

Best place to stop if you are traveling thru the four corners and need a caffeine fix on your journey or to your destination.
