Very bad service. Went thru drive thru, they asked for code, we gave it to them, and they went a started helping somebody else. Waited for about 10 mins before they could tell us the code wasn't working. Employees should focus on one customer at a time.

There was no tea(sweet or unsweet)and it's only 5pm are they lazy to make more? I waited over 30 minutes for my food . People that were behind me got there food first ...when I ask why the delivery boy said there waiting on my fries ..service use to be good ....it could be better.

This location apparently does not carry Coke. They are always out. I have been here 4 times in the last 6 weeks and they NEVER have Coke. Who ever runs this place is nickel and diming us.

I ordered deluxe McCrispy with a bottle of water, and my mother ordered a cheeseburger with a small fry. They had a full lobby AFTER we got our order and still managed to neglect our order. McDonald's Crispy chicken takes 7 minutes at most to cook. I shouldn't have had to wait double that time. When I told the person about this and what order number it was (717), she read off the wrong order every time until I listed everything on my order. Not only that, but she completely interrupted me as I was listing the order. I told her I had been waiting for 15 minutes and I got no response but silence. Finally, I told her that I knew she could reprint the receipt, and they got the order out. Other than that, the food was good and the place was clean
