New definition of fast food. Already waiting for food for 20 minutes and still no sign. During that time not a single person was served and there's already a queue of at least 8 people waiting.Update:We got it food after 28 minutes of waiting and only because I have asked how much longer we were supposed to wait. The food was cold and only for l fries were hot, but they were so salty no one could eat them.Avoid at all costs!

The McDonald's in Navajo nation was very clean, nice seating. The first where i sat on padded seats. The employees were very friendly. The service was very good. Probably the best in any McDonald's across the country.

We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches to go. It took 20 minutes or more for them to have it ready. The employee said they didn't have any chicken patties cooked so that's what took so long. They were very tasteless and the fries were soggy. Yuck!

The district manager should know that this McDonald's location is manipulating the service numbers. I ordered, and pretty quickly the status on the display showed my order number was "now serving." However, it took another 15 minutes before the food was available at the counter. By then, the order number had completely disappeared off the status board. The staff was clearing out the tickets before the food was actually available for pickup.

I asked for a plain sausage muffin and what do I get with cheese, don't these people listen when you say Just Plain! Calling the store, no one picks up, Christ!
I really don't like going here, but sometimes when it's late nothing else is open.This place fits that joke everyone makes about the MCDONALD'S ice cream machine going down all the time. Yup here it's pretty much the truth.Ive had 4 bad experiences with this place2 times i took it to the Head manager and they mail you out some cheap coupons to resolve the solution but by then a week or long has passed. Don't expect a refund if you have a problem.They will make you park int he parking lot even though you use the drive thru and even when the drive thru is pretty much empty youll still have to go park in the parking lot. The simple order will take forever you'll experience wait times from 45mims to almost 1hr and 30 mins. While they get your order together. Your Time doesn't matter to them .The workers goof off constantly, and honestly i feel like the workers during the night shifts are stoned on Weed. You can smell it sometimes and they lack focus on concentration. They screw up your orders alot because they are High while working. even whoever is managing the workers that night will be high. They are pretty rude. But sometimes the workers the good ones are shy and have zero people skills.Once i got a mess of a ice cream given to me it looked nothing like what McDonald's advertised and it smelled bad like the milk or whatever they used was spoiled. So don't expect anything special from this place.Also the biggest issue is the Rezed out customer service. You most times get the rezzed out what do you want! Kinda customer service. Like who the heck trains these kids. No manners or people skills.
