Waited 10 minutes for the server to come to my table (they were not busy), then another 40 minutes for a turkey sandwich. I don’t mind waiting for food especially if they are busy but the door greater even came up to me after the first 10 minutes of waiting for someone to come to my table and brought me a water. Terrible service and do not recommend.

It's a breakfast/lunch place open 10-3. But when I went in a little before noon, they refused to serve me from the breakfast menu.

Walked in was asked to wait to be seated! She walks around and finally tells me to pick a seat and get my drink, I then wait and wait and no one takes my order. Wouldn’t recommend this place

This is my opinion, Make sure you come through the right door not the side door. No signage to the glass door for no entry. One of the Customer Service Representatives was a bit rude when I asked to change my fries to Onion rings, they did look Bombulicious when someone else had them on their order. I had the Mexican Patty Meltthe bacon i added to it complimented the sandwich well with the green chili. Glad I changed my forest to the onion rings. Suggest to have the Rings with Ranch, either or they still had a wonderful taste. If you want to feel secluded I suggest sitting in the booths.

While the entire menu is comforting, I came specifically for their legendary breakfast, and two items stand out as absolute must-tries for anyone passing through Grant County.
First, the Scratch-Made Biscuits and Gravy redefine comfort food. The biscuits themselves are massive, tender, and clearly baked from scratch, achieving that perfect, flaky-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside texture. They are completely blanketed in a rich, savory sausage gravy that possesses remarkable depth. It's thick, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with substantial chunks of sausage—a true testament to a kitchen that takes its morning fare seriously. This is not canned gravy; this is soul food made with love and time.
The perfect accompaniment to the biscuits is the side of Hashed and Chopped Potatoes. Too often, breakfast potatoes are an afterthought, but here they are executed with absolute mastery. They hit the trifecta of potato perfection: crispy, fluffy, and seasoned just right. The exterior achieves a gorgeous, deep-golden crust that provides a satisfying shatter with every forkful, while the interior remains wonderfully soft and steaming. Whether you call them hash browns or chopped, they are the kind of potatoes you'll remember long after the plate is clean.
If you’re looking for the best biscuits, gravy, and potatoes New Mexico has to offer, look no further.

And business wasnt even busy they were very slow and customers on patio outside were coming in side
asking for tea mustard and ketchup and boxes and no waitress took them out till customers asked for them onside the restaurant This place Does Not appreciate thier loyal customers or people Especially people with dogs even though the sign says dog friendly and on appetizers they give those last after your meals But appetizers are supposed to be first before anything thats why they are called appetizers which means before your meal 😡

I ordered a salad and it was so good! The bacon was excellent. The chicken and feta cheese weren’t my favorites. 🥲

The sandwich was good, but the bread was very thin and couldn’t hold the filling after a few bites.

The cheese sticks were delicious—though I wish they came with marinara sauce. 😋
The service was amazing; everyone was very nice! ❤️

We sat outside, and it was very hot, plus there were flies flying around. 😡⁉️

The food is good, but make no mistake this is western NM cafe food. I'm not sure there is a single lite thing on the menu. Wait times can be a bit long here.

We had a wonderful breakfast at Adobe Springs! Service was friendly and quick. I loved the Southwest Breakfast--hashbrowns with green chile, cheese, and bacon. The coffee was the best I have had in New Mexico. I want to try their lunch and happy hour!
