There is the sweetest young lady that works at Arby's and every time I go if she is there she is always just so sweet and makes for a pleasant visit. I don't know if its okay to post her name but if any of the management reads this review please give that young lady a raise she deserves every bit of a nice pay raise. If management responds to this review let me know how i can give you her name i asked her for her name and told her I was going to give a good review for her. The pay raise is just because I feel like she deserves it. Thanks

I ordered the 9-piece steak nuggets. They cost over $10 with tax. Filet mignon costs less per pound and these are no filet mignon. Don’t buy the steak nuggets. This is a review from someone who likes Arby’s. By the way, bring back the potato cakes.

I am not one to go to fast food restaurants, but I must say this store in silver City is exemplary. Leadership matters and I can see that all the staff is valued and respected by the way they treat me each and every time. My order is always correct and I’m happy that I can treat various businesses to lunch without breaking the bank The manager is beyond AMAZING AND her staff are simply the nicest folks. Aside from quality product and good price, it is a joy just to go. Manners and respect matter and they are such wonderful role models of both THANK UOU FOR BEING SO CARING AND COMPETENT

Don't bother if you want warm food. Went through the drive through, and got the 2/$6 beef n cheddar, they are cold and slapped together, most of the cheese is on the wrapper. The curly frys are cold., no ketchup. The marinara sauce for the cheese sticks is not here . Just go somewhere else. From out of town, so I figured Arby's was Arby's. Not so So i finally got my sandwich put back together, and half way thru it, the beef is so dried out it is un freakin real. $28 for cold food and dried out beef. Lesson learned.

As usual the food was delicious. The chicken sandwich is always great and so are the burgers. A lot of tables were dirty even though nobody was in there but they may have had a rush right before we got there. The manager was very nice but I didn't get her name.

I really don't know what to.say anymore. This Arby's is just a hit and miss. Paid for a brisket sandwich and for some reason it had like one piece of brisket and then everything else on top. Very disappointed. Seems like if we go on a Sunday when the main boss isn't there then the food is much better. Sorry to say that.

It's refreshing to have Arby's, the food is always good. It's always fresh. I wish the would bring back the chicken and strawberry sandwich back.
I have eaten several times a week at this Arby's for the last 20 years. The managers have always been good, but Grace, the current manager is outstanding ! Her assistant manager, Dylon, is similarly dedicated to the customers, and the whole staff, including Angel, Erin, Ryleigh are all wonderful. They work together better than any other fast food staff that I have ever seen. The food is very good, and the dine-in atmosphere is great. Grace often comes out and speaks with the customers, and she always decorates the dining room for special occasions. This Arby's is, by far, the best fast food restaurant in this community.

Mobile order, husband picked up on time and came right home. The order of fries had to have been sitting out since lunch and we picked them up at 630pm. The usually fluffy curly fries are dried out shoe strings of potatoes. Gross. I called and was told I could spend my time driving back to get a replacement. Nice Food is expensive, if I fail to pay for it, it would be theft. But it's okay for people to take your money and give you trash. Aggravating.
