Last time I went was very good, so I've increased the rating. In fact, I want to praise the staff I had last night at Bayard 10/28 who were extremely friendly as well as very attentive. The food was good as always.

So far I’ve eaten 3 times here, always the same thing actually, their lota burger.I think it is a little bit expensive, in comparison with other places. But so far, I really liked the food, service and everything there.

Staff messed up my order. I politely pointed out the mistake and requested it be corrected. Instead of correcting the order staff wanted to explain that it was my fault she rang it wrong because I modified (no lettuce or tomatoe) the order and rudely stated that I needed to pay more.
I paid the additional amount and then the staff took the already cold burger back to the food prep line, put the missing cheese on it and hand it back. Now coldish burger, with cold cheese, bad attitude from staff and a health code violation to boot.
I know good staff is hard to come by, but come on.
