I go here for fast New Mexican takeout. Hands down the best handheld ground beef and green chile burritos anywhere. Also a big fan of the folded taco plate and their taquitos.

I like local food. I like burger places, whether single-site or a small regional chain. I've stopped at various Burger Time restaurants over the years at several towns, and enjoyed their food. Not here, though. I tried it twice, and both times came away both unimpressed by the food (burritos), and really disappointed in the service. Most recently, stopped by, went in, a couple was in line in front of me. They spoke at length with the counterperson about lots of interesting things I'm sure, and apparently did order something. Once the friendly discussion was over, the counterperson just turned around and walked off without saying a word to me. I know that order info might need to be conveyed to the kitchen, but this didn't seem like that. And a few minutes later, once she returned, I got the impression she'd rather be doing anything else but taking my order. Once the food finally arrived, the best word for it would be "meh". So, why am I stopping here and giving them business? Bottom line: surly service, boring food. See ya.
