Food is amazing! Short list of items available each day, and the most amazing pastries in town that WILL sell out do buy to take with you. It's counter service, and can take forever to get a coffee refill but there's only a couple staff. Love the outside seating under the vines.

I was fortunate to interact with some Silver City locals who recommended the Corner Kitchen for breakfast.
This restaurant was an unexpected and wonderful surprise!
Walking in, you order at the entrance, and there is indoor and outdoor sitting available.
The staff was so great, BUT it was my meal that was incredible. A simple omelet with greens, but such a well-balanced, delightful, delicious, unexpected breakfast. My hat is off to the chef!
I walked away so content and satisfied.
Note: Hours are limited, and this business is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

It’s rare to visit a place that not only feels like you’ve come home but has you smacking your lips so hard you think about moving just so you can eat there every day.
Corner kitchen has staff that are genuinely happy to be there and it shows by how they interact with you. The dining hall has a nostalgic comfort feel. Howard often feels like a heart of the community the way he welcomes newcomers and those who clearly frequent the place.
But let’s talk about the food.
I had the pleasure and privilege to eat four different meals, a cookie and a scone. I can’t choose which I loved more. The breakfast —frittata with ham and cheese and a side salad with the most perfect lemon dressing over perfectly picked greens— was my most recent eat. I could go on and on but to sum it up—
