I ordered a small hot fudge sundae thru the drive thru. When I got to the window she told me that is was $4.21 for the sundae. I refused to pay that for a small sundae. I can go to the grocery store and get a 1/2 gallon of ice cream for that price. Talk about gouging the customer.
Parents do not let you child work here! The owners Sarah and Jim and Assistant Manager Bianca are unprofessional and rude to their employees. I’ve heard and witnessed the way Sarah talked to my child and I had to put her in her place. They like to think they’re in the right and don’t own up to their mistakes when proof is shown. I can see why they’re short staff and desperate for workers all the time.
