It's July in Silver City,NM. 90'. My ice cream is very soft. Pretty soft. Melting very fast. Can you turn the freezer any colder? The ice cream is really soft. Is it because of the ambient temperature?
The food was good, the place was clean, and the service was efficient.I witnessed an employee refuse to give a mom water for a baby's sippee cup, and told her she'd have to buy it, and it was $3. For a sippee cup of water.So where do you draw the line? At their ethics or their food? Is the food good enough to overlook their faults? Well, no, of course not. It's fast food.
When managers are there in early shift, it is nice and friendly. Evening shift ice cream is good but workers are rude and you can see them taking selfies from the windows. I know all of these places are hard up on workers and tolerate it because they have no one else, but goodness it's not hard to smile and speak nicely. I wish the managers would drive thru the window to check on the "customer service". But yes I will continue to go and tolerate the rude workers...
