Stopped here on my New Mexico Pie Search from Phoenix. Gotta say this was a great start. I had an apple pie (well most of a small pie anyway). The apples were fresh, but a bit sweet for me. But the crust? AMAZING. Thin, flaky with just a touch of salt.

I asked for coffee (was @1pm) and the staff volunteered to brew a new pot. So I got a slice of carrot cake too. (Super tasty, moist and flavorful without being too sweet).

My family and I were visiting the gorgeous Gila Wilderness and stocked up on sandwiches for one of our hikes. The cheese sandwiches we ordered were delicious and filled with fresh fixings, and the green chile cheese bread took them to the next level. We also ordered a blueberry pie to celebrate my sister's birthday–I loved that the filling wasn't too sweet so that you could actually taste the blueberries. And the crust was perfectly done.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. There were so many delicious looking choices, including savory pastries. The snickerdoodle cookie was divine!

Food is inconsistent, sometimes it's amazing and others it's not edible or right on par with grocery store pastries.
When the food was more consistently good I tolerated the rude staff and prices but now that the quality has become unreliable you're better off going to Albertsons, friendlier help and better prices and at least there you know what you're getting.

Very nice bakery with delicious donuts and pastries. They have very good coffee, but they don’t sell Lattes? They also have a nice selection of sandwiches. I had the tuna with double meat and it was very good. I will definitely be back.

Highly disappointed with the bread rounds. All types completely covered in a THICK layer of flour. So thick it had to be scraped off. Not just wiped. Scraped. The taste of the bread and density of it is ok but not great. The green chili cheddar loaf is beautiful and delicious. (Not coated in flour).*Photo of how thick the flour is added*Edit The idea of having to sit and SCRAPE the flour off the bread to be able to eat it lead to it going bad.NEVER buying here again.
