I placed a delivery order at 545pm and called a 645pm to check on it and the gentleman who answered the phone told me i need to pick it because they only have 1 driver so i walked fromy hotel room and and picked it up every thing was cold...

Tan Sedan driver almost hit me after decided to go around cars that were pulled over for emergency vechiles. Wouldn't have left this review but you also decided to my reject my call. What else is one suppose to do to warn you of your employees disregarding the law and almost hitting someone obeying it.

The store has gone downhill substantially in recent months. The last two supposedly New York style pizzas were actually super thin crust, literally the thickness of the cardboard pizza box !! The pepperoni was seriously greasy, that looks sort of like the pizza box with some cheese and pepperoni thrown on it ! 39 minutes later the crust was l somewhere between cardboard and leather,

I was sitting here for 40 minutes, listening to them laugh and gossip in the kitchen. I went up to ask about an update 5 times and no one answered me. I was ignored the entire time i was here, which was so infuriating
This is the worst dominos in the state if you go to this place expect at minimum 1.5 hour wait and when you ask what's going on they will just tell you another 20 min and then you have to ask for plates and napkins bc they won't give you anything

Somehow it took an hour and 45 minutes to deliver a pizza 2 miles away from the store... The app showed it was sitting in the store for 55 minutes, arrived cold.

We placed an order for a pizza and a loaded tots and when we returned home with the tots, they were missing an item. When I called the store to ask about it, the young woman immediately apologized and said she would have the manager himself make a replacement order for us. By the time I arrived, the tots were ready, and I am extremely appreciative of their excellent customer service in this matter.
