Went to pick up a pizza the pizza cost $23 not a big deal the guy had no change for a 50 tell me to go to the gas station so I did over to Papa John's in the Shell gas station ordered the same Pizza by the way it was $3 cheaper had change for the 50 for the owner every time you lose a customer there's only so many people in Silver

MUST READ! If I could give this zero starts I would thats how pissed I was. Keep in mind this is not the first time this has happened with this Dominos, I just always give the benefit of the doubt, never say anything, and stupidly keep going back. I’ll leave pictures below for reference btw. So we ordered a $25 large pizza that had white sauce, chicken, bacon mushrooms, onions, & tomatoes (pizza on the receipt) and received a pizza that was not even close to what we ordered. I mean it was a medium with freaking pepperoni on one half and pepperoni and pineapple on the other half! NOT EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE! So I call the manager because this time I wasn’t gonna keep my mouth shut. I wasn’t rude on the phone even tho I was pretty annoyed, he apologized, said he would send out pizza, and asked if we wanted a free soda for the inconvenience so I said sure. The delivery shows up, the right pizza and no soda. How the HECk do you say your gonna throw something in for the inconvenience and then not actually do it. Appalled is the only word I could use for all of this. But hey, I mean thanks for the free pizza I guess. Just get it right for everyone else.

Had to get something to eat.So the boss paid for it.
Did an online order. When I went in, turns out I put the wrong pickup date for my order. The staff was so nice about it and made my pizzas right there. Everything was ready in like 10 minutes. Great service. :)

27 Dec 2023 - We ordered delivery to our hotel on Xmas Eve. The delivery guy was great, and delivered on time. Our small pizza was made perfectly and delicious (I wish I'd gotten a pic), the pasta was made well and also delicious (despite missing the melted cheese on top), and the boneless chicken was great.
The Domino's where we live, could use some tips from this location! We were very impressed and enjoyed our Xmas Eve meal. Thank you, Silver City Domino's!
