We enjoyed the food from this food truck. My wife and I were looking for something different and by chance we saw the food truck, we placed the order and took the food home. The ladies who served us were very friendly and helped us decide what to eat. I chose some Brisket Nachos (without Jalapeños). My wife chose the chicken (White Meet) She liked it too. Damn! The first time I had the ribs they were very meaty. The last time I ordered three meat combo: ribs - burnt. 2 ribs and small bone with meat, one rib had hardly any meat and they were all burnt. The chopped brisket and pulled pork were overcooked, way OVERCOOKED! I wonder if it was old meat from yesterday or beyond. They shouldn't serve that! Wasn't a very good experience. The beans and mac and cheese were good. And I wonder if I got the overcooked food because I didn't give a good tip (15%). Won't be going there again, regardless of the good reviews.

Excellent bbq from a food truck. Very friendly service. Seating is outdoor picnic tables, some of them under a tent. Most of their business seems to be local takeout. We both got the 2 meat combo plates. We chose chopped brisket, pulled pork, sides of coleslaw and smoked Mac and cheese. They offer tri-tip on Wednesdays. Husband wanted that but they were already sold out by 11:30 so go early! They have ribs on Friday and Saturday. I imagine they sell out early too.

I have many bbq grills and finally had my chance to taste Iron Doors bbqMy wife got pulled pork sandwich which she lovedI got the brisket both flat and pointBoth were great but especially liked the point which is most people's choiceThe sides were over cooked I enjoyed talking to the wife as she does a lot of the cookingSuper friendly and she knows what she is doingWould recommend the bbq and hopefully I will be able to try other items like ribs, chicken and Tri tip

We ate there on May 27 2023. The brisket was very good as always. However, the quantity of food for the price was disappointing. A 1 meat combo plate was $15, this included 2 small sides and 2 slices of brisket that were about 4-5 inches in length. This is a huge change in price and quantity, maybe this was because the Blues Festival was going on. The last time we ate there was about 7-8 months ago and I do not recall this to be the case. However, we will not be eating there anymore because we cannot justify the price for the quantity.
I love them. Best bbq in New Mexico for sure.
