Authentic Mexican food. Large portions. They are short staffed so give yourself time to relax. The wait was worth it.

Food and service is great.
There were three of us, we all enjoyed our meal, and always great service.
Usual small town dinner. Very friendly and hospital. Food good and very reasonable price. Only negative ,they took my plate away without asking if I wanted leftovers.
The food was outstanding. Everything you could want in a diner in the middle of the desert.
Can't beat the food and the owners are great.

I am local and my husband grew up eating here (like when it was still over at the Maxwell House) so we decided to give it a try.
Rather than breakfast potatoes, I was served 6 house made potato chips. My scrambled eggs were not scrambled and were overcooked.
I didn't bother complaining because the person who made the eggs as well as the waitress obviously could see that they were overcooked and still served them so what would have been the point. And besides, while the waitress was friendly no one ever checked to see if we were doing okay.

If you have dietary issues, probably not the place to go. I am allergic to dairy and when asked said they could not remove the cheese from any of their breakfast dishes. Had to go someplace else.
Family operated. Great food. The lovely smile from Cici was free.

What a find--very much a "locals" spot by the hugging and welcome wishes of everyone. Our waitress had a million dollar smile and excitement customer service. The food was delicious, and yes, we cleaned our plates.

Food was okay. However, $1.50 for one flour tortilla is a little steep. Salsa tasty and fresh. I ordered a flour tortilla and breakfast potatoes and made a burrito. My husband had a breakfast plate with generous portions.

Got the house special and it is a great way to try a little bit of everything. Red chile sauce is delicious and represents NM fare very well. The hidden gem is the carnitas. Order them crispy and you won't go wrong. Service is fast and friendly which is always a plus. Seems like they know the locals well and treat out of town visitors nicely.
