good food and service, happy happy
The Little Toad Creek provided a beautiful catering array of food for our exhibit opening The Life and Times of Arturo Flores. Little Toad Creek Brewery & Distillery is a friendly place in a small town that attracts both visitors and locals. The restaurant offers typical American food with a Southern New Mexico twist, including dishes like Toad's burger with cheese and green chile, smothered fries, Baja fish tacos, and the Reuben sandwich. The staff is cheerful and eager to answer questions about the menu, providing friendly and prompt service. The bar area is relaxed and often features entertainment, with a selection of beers like the Lucky Toad lager and signature cocktails. Visitors can enjoy their meals in the dog-friendly courtyard or on the covered, heated patio. The distillery also offers spirits worth trying. The food is tasty and priced right, with some reviews mentioning the Mushroom Swiss burger so good that it’s hard to believe there’s no meat. Ribs were also enjoyed and considered good, even if not Texas ribs. The brownie sundae is a popular dessert, and the Copper Ale is highly recommended. Overall, Little Toad Creek is a great place to grab a meal, catch a band, or just hang out with friends, despite some furniture needing TLC and bathrooms that could be improved. The fun atmosphere and delicious food make it a must-visit spot.
