If you do not have adequate staff to man two drive thru's could you please have the good sense to close one and concentrate on providing good service to the remaing one? As I pulled into the lot a man was backing out of one and into the other. As it appeared that he was moving for a reason I pulled in behind him. 5 minutes later someone finally took his order. I pulled up and sat for about another 5 minutes when the screen suddenly went blank.
