Doesn't have mozzarella sticks, personal pizzas, or blue cheese and they offered garlic sauce for the cheese sticks but when I ordered cheesy bites they said it only comes with ranch and wouldn't give me garlic sauce. Pizza Hut is destroying your guts with bs food from the nineties anyways I wish this place got shut down

An order for a pepperoni melt and fries that we pickled up, was so over done that is exploded into many tiny pieces. Even the inside of it was unbeatable.!! I called to let the manager know about the problem. She told me “Well, it’s called a crispy??” We asked if we could have a personal pan pizza instead. She said “No”. But we could come back to town and have the same thing. I told her we’d do that but to please let the cook know that the last one was extremely over cooked. When I arrived we were told that everything was coming out burnt so they said they had to have us wait while they made a third order for us. They left the fries setting on the counter another 20+ minutes. I told them that I hop s they were making new fries also as these are cold. We checked the melt before we left and the edges were all black and the fries were still cold!!!!! I will never go to Piza Hut in Silver City NM again… Also that manager that we spoke to needs customer service refresher classes. The order was on 12-28-24 with the name Erin

There was hair baked into my pizza, when I tried to call to notify employees they had left hair in my pizza there was no answer and I called more than once. This kind of thing makes people lose their appetite. 👎🏻 WEAR A HAIR NET!!!

Foods ok, the only problem I had was the guy at the counter, they were short staffed and all he did was talk about it. Customers shouldn't be told there's a problem. It was Saturday night I expected it to be busy, nobody was complaining. He just went on and on.. very unprofessional. Everyone got their food in a timely manner. No reason to stress out your customers!

Supreme pizza was more of a cheese pizza than a supreme. I've had this pizza at several other locations and has always been enjoyable. Not this time. Counter staff was very friendly with a pleasent personality.
So while ordering a pizza from the app, I had selected delivery. And when I checked out, I didn’t notice that they had not charged me for delivery and somehow the delivery was deleted. so when I saw my pizza was ready, I noticed there was no delivery notice or time. That’s when I tried to call them. So I could pick up the pizza or have a change to delivery.GOOD LUCK WITH THAT or any change to an order. They don’t answer the phone anymore at the Pizza Hut here in Silver city. They have gone totally offshore. Couldn’t even understand the people. Never got resolved… to be continued…
