I paid for pan pizza and received thin pizza. When I called to let them know about the mistake the assistant manager in duty told me that I would be refunded for the pizza. He told me the manager in the morning would take care of it. I call the next day and another assistant manager was rude and called me a liar because the assistant manager did not telling them. She called me rude and hunger up on me. I called back and she hunger up or me. She waa super rude.

We were in Silver City for a volleyball game on Saturday. We called to reserve and give time to the store to prepare for a group of 25 players and parents. We were told that we could not eat in. I was told that we were too many and that we could not eat there. The store is plenty big but they did not want to deal with us because there were only two people working. We took out business elsewhere. Wonder if the owner would be happy to know he/she lost a sale of 25 people.

My husband and I were passing through and stopped to order a pizza for dine in service. Asked what we were there for by gal with purple hair and glasses. Stated we were there to eat pizza. Reluctantly handed a menu at the counter and asked if it was just the two of us. I said yes (not sure why that question was asked as restaurant was empty but for one table). Was asked again if just two, once more answered yes. At that point, was accused of being rude. I told her I was not being rude at which point she said she was denying us service. We left (who would want to stay with that kind of attitude) but my husband went back in to ask for the manager. Same gal said she was the manager but declined to give her name and instead threatened to call the police. Avoid this establishment at all costs!

Walked into this place to pick up an order I placed over the phone and was greeted with the most unwelcoming stare down by a female employee. She didn’t say nothing and walked to the back. I stood around for about 10 minutes till she finally decided to ask if I needed anything. When she finally found my order and handed it to me and just rudely walked away. Something told me to checked everything. The wings I had ordered had no sauce. I asked a male employee to walk over to check them and he ended up taking them to the back to add the sauce. As he walked back up to hand me them the female employee walked from behind him and rudely suggested i needed to pay for the extra sauce he just added. I laughed as if she was joking. I didn’t end up paying for the extra sauce but had to put up a fight for something I was clearly right about. I will never order again from this location. Worse customer service from any Pizza Hut I’ve ever visited.

Put a pickup order online at 710 and when I got to the store I told my order didn't go through even though I had a confirmation number.the worker was rude and informed me she couldn't give me a refund till Monday and it would take an additional 4 days for it to go through.i ended up having them make my order only to have the wrong pizza made, this was at 830 when I asked to speak with the manager she told what for I helped you already. This place has really gone down hill.

You know I stopped eating pizza at Pizza Hut because the service BUT I recently went into the pizza hut in silver City and the service WAS AMAZING 😍 OMG!!! his name on his shirt was Andy rager I wanted to shout out that this pizza hut is actually a place to dine at again yaaaaay. And don't think I forgot to shout out the crew as well thank you guys so much this is somewhere I will recommend to everyone! :)

So I ordered in the app and was supposed to get a deal if I spent 7.99 or more the deal was for a free large 1 topping pizza on my next in app order not only did I not get the deal but have been ignored about the issue I like pizza Hut and it's closer to me than the dominos but it looks like I will have to switch since dominos fulfills it's coupons and special offers

We attempted to dine in at this location at around 7:40pm, but when we walked in all of the chairs were already up on the tables and there was a lady cleaning a few other tables. The lady asked how she could help us and we told her we wanted to dine in, she just did not seem like she wanted us there… She said all the tables were dirty except the last one and that we could sit there, but unfortunately that one was dirty too.long story short we left and went to a different restaurant. I would not recommend going to this location.

It was 6:35 and my husband and I went out to eat dinner . No service was available and we were told that there was indoor dining , which no one payed attention to or responded for 15 minutes , due to the strong smell of weed coming from the back open door. We got up and left at 6:48 due to our neglect and hunger . I addressed the manager in the back and explained that previously I had been told by the waitress that they had indoor dining and , the manager stated he would get someone there right away and I said no and left .Upon leaving inside I thanked them for the service sarcastically due to my frustration and the waitress glared at me upon leaving .
