Progressively worse every time we go. Tonight was the final straw, waited over an hour for cold stale food then got verbally attacked by the waitress who strangely seemed to be in charge. Is it really that hard to find employees that work instead of acting like you're bothering them for ordering food. Me ordering is how you get paid, how does that not make sense. Whoever owns this place obviously doesn't give a crap about it, neither does anyone that works there, maybe the employees spend to much time next door getting stoned.

Blown away by the disrespect and lack of service and I seriously mean lack as in no service. We ended up walking out after 15mins of waiting for the bartender/waitress. Waitress had lung black hair in a long braid down her back. I went in with my five year old son who was super hungry. Went in she did not even great us with a hello. After standing at the front where she could see us clearly for five minutes, we were right in front of her at the door, she finally said "seat yourself".... So my son and I say outside..... And waited and waited and waited and waited a good 15 minutes with no service at all! So we walked inside and I asked her for a menu. I ordered a glass of wine and a sprite for my son. 10 minutes later I got my wine but my starving son didn't get his sprite . After dropping my wine off with attitude, she rushed it to bring silver wear to someone outside.... She's came back in and started studying the menu instead of getting my son his sprite. After waiting another five minutes I asked her if my son could get his sprite at least, and without saying a word literally no response other than rolling her eyes at me and my child, she rushed out of the room and down the hall to get what I hoped was a sprite. She took so long that I decided to pound my wine like a shot and ditch the joint. Worst!!!!!

First impressions, walking in, we felt like a burden as the hostess had to unwillingly disengage from her conversation with the bartender to seat us. She sat us out on the patio which had a decent atmosphere.
The entire meal, service was awful. We were never checked on, it took like a full 2 hours to get our food. We ordered the Seared Ahi appetizer, it came out breaded and deep fried. When we sent it back, I'm more than sure they just removed the breading and sent it back out. They got the pizza toppings wrong, and the ceaser dressing on the salad tasted pretty gross.
Even paying the check, we had to go walk up to the front and still wait for about 20 minutes for a staff to come out from the back.
Overall, horrible experience from all the staff and the food wasn't even very good.

Took 10min for anyone to recognize we were here. Service continued that way. If not for the seasoning and ketchup for my fries, I would have thought I had COVID. Everything was absolutely flavorless. Tartar sauce was just mayo, coleslaw just had mayo. Fish was crispy, but hardly any of it was there. Couldn't tell anyway since it also was flavorless. Burger bun was burnt. Lemonade and Water was water from tap (or at least tasted as such). Leftovers to go? Nah. You can keep it. When he came around to ask how everything was, I actually had to say, "please don't ask me". Will NOT be returning... ever.

Been here twice now. The Calabacitas as well as the Mozzarella Balls are worth coming here alone. If you want HOT pasta, get the Louisiana Pasta plate! The Taco plate is also pretty good; sort of your standard cantina/street tacos.
Nice atmosphere, sort of small place......feels family friendly.
My only complaint, and I don't want any changes, is the food can be a little slow in coming. HOWEVER, I am certain this is part of the reason the food is so tasty; so be a little more patient than usual. It's worth it.

Looks amazing inside but the food was horrible and I feel the service was not there at all. Honestly pretty expensive for what taste like dollar store pizza.
My daughter and I had a lovely meal here and loved the food! It was delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the loud air conditioner and the annoying country music!
Vegetarian options: I had a delicious crisp salad with pesto dressing and pinenuts with Parmesan cheese.

I rarely review anything and usually only when it’s positive. So believe me when I say the Southern Bistro to go service sucks! I was told 15-20 minutes for a to go order of Hamburger with extra mushrooms + fish tacos with lots of yummy salsa. When I arrived a half hour later neither was ready, and I waited for an additional half hour. When i took food back to hotel it was incredibly bland with 2 dried up mushrooms for my wife’s burger. I got one to go tin of salsa which barely covered the bland fish tacos. Everyone who worked Friday Sept. 6 ‘24 should be fired. The owners included. Sucked sucked sucked, you don’t belong in business, a little effort perhaps? Maybe a little seasoning? Pathetic
