A gem of a restaurant that you would expect to find in a large metropolitan area. Absolutely delicious courses from a prix fixe-ish menu. The food was exquisite and every bite evidence that the chef prepares his work with care and attention to detail. Worth every penny.
Little ol' Silver City has a worthy fine dining establishment in Revel. Each and every item on our plates was unique, clearly made from quality ingredients, and tasty. My wine pairing was also an excellent match. Service was enthusiastic if a little sloppy at times, but always friendly and pleasant. It was pricey, but well worth it to splurge for one of our three nights in Silver City.
The choices offered in the 3 course menu all looked good, so it was difficult making a decision. The lightly breaded and fried artichoke hearts were the best I've had - tender, tasty with just the right amount of seasoning. I choose the seafood cioppino, which was chock full of shrimp, fish, scallops, and fried calamari in a tomato base - more like seafood stew than a soup. It was delicious.
