I was a regular and every times was good food and service until today Friday August 1st 2025 there were only 2 people there owner and some cook i never seen before We usually get A hello how are you ? NOT TODAY And I didnt expect the tacquitos to be bad they were greasy inside and had no meat I was very upset 😭 and I wanted to get more tea when I left It wasn't given to me My husband said where is the meat i said I dont know he tasted it and it didnt have meat and corn tortillas were greasy We won't be back 💔😭

Amazing service, the rancheros are bomb! Not too pricey, a bit crowded because it gets busy, but overall great food. The chicken tenders are homemade and the fries are hand cut. Will be back!

I arrived when Roxy's opened on a Tuesday morning for breakfast. Roxy greeted me with a smile and poured me a cup of coffee. I ordered Rancheros Xmas style and Roxy asked if I wanted green chile potatoes. . .of course I answered yes! Roxy then made my breakfast to order and served it to me hot! Her red chile is my favorite. It had more kick than I was expecting, but I love spicy food so it was very tasty. Everything was outstanding and I cleaned my plate! I highly recommend Roxy's. You'll leave fully satisfied!

New to us restaurant, can't believe we haven't been to Silver for almost 2 years. Wanted to do some thrifting and breakfast, location is ideal. Delicious meal and friendly staff. As a female cook, who rocks the line alone, I was super excited to see the same here! You rock.

So, we are looking for someplace new. The hotel suggested Roxy's. We were greeted by the friendly cook and were allowed to sit wherever we wanted. The order was easy and the food came fast. However, we were disappointed with it. The potatos were so overdone they were black and very crunchy. Many uneatable. The ham was like rubber, the eggs were ok but also a bit over cooked. The tortilla was yummy and warm. The sour dough toast was barely warm. When you toast bread you should be able to melt butter on it. It was strange when it came time to cash out. We weren't sure as we had never been there before. But we got it done. Food can be complicated and people have different tastes. Was a bit expensive for what we got.
