We tried to visit this little restaurant because of favourable reviews on Trip Advisor but it was closed. Some local residents explained that the owners were forced to permanently close down the restaurant because of hard times. Such is the sad life during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Comfortable relaxed restaurant with lots of choices for breakfast or a breakfast-y type lunch. We had quiches and hash browns for a tasty luch

My husband and I went there for lunch there last weekend. We had a soup made from chicken, coconut milk, kale and butternut squash. It was the best soup I have ever had, and I could not get that deliciousness off my mind for a minute, so we went back there and had breakfast the next day. Breakfast was exceptionally delicious also. I spoke with the friendly owners as well as the chef, who gave me the recipe of that soup, and I encouraged him to offer cooking classes and make a recipe book to sell. We had gone to spend the weekend to Silver City when we discovered Vicki's, but now I am trying to think of a reason to drive 4 hours from my house so I can have more visits to Vicki's in Silver City.

Friendly, excellent food and attentive staff from everyone, owners to servers, and not just your own server. Great value and quaint clean decor.

After looking at Trip Advisor for restaurants in Silver City based on reviews chose to give Vicki's a try. We were not disappointed we had the wheat tortilla quesadillas with their salsa and it came with a small salad. Yummy fresh ingredients! They also have sandwiches that looked amazing, large portions even took home leftovers. They keep the restaurant very clean I'd say this is $$ for price, highly recommend Vicki's

Ambience is "old, funky, New Mexico", homey and clean. Food is way above average. I had breakfast (Country Eggs Benedict) which is served during weekends only.

Vicki's has everything on their menu, from homemade quiches to the standard bacon, eggs and toast. We shared two breakfast plates and neither one of us could finish our meals. The servings are generous and the service was super!

This is a jewel in Silver City. A great way to start the day. Very warm and friendly staff. The food is superb.

We watched 2 groups come in after us, get served and 1 even finished before our food came. It was almost 30 minutes when our food came out. It was warm, not hot. Most of the time, my drink set empty. Mediocre food, horrid service and high prices complete the hat trick. At least they have a nice heater.

Whenever I head up to Silver City I always stop at Vicki's for lunch. My absolute favorite is the corned beef sandwich with german potato salad, it is the best. Service was fast and friendly and the owners, Greg and MaryAnn always stop by the table to say Hi!.

We chose Vicki's because it was on the guide we picked up at the visitor's center for dog friendly establishments in Silver City and dog friendly they were! The dogs were immediately brought their own bowl of water and were offered dog treats. Our service was prompt and attentive also. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Mediterranean section on their menu and I ordered the gyros and my husband had a BLT--both excellent. We got Greg's Famous Carrot Cake to go and it was a slice of some of the best carrot cake I've had--especially the not too sweet icing. We would have happily returned for breakfast--but, alas, we're only in Silver City Tuesday-Thursday and Vicki's only serves breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays.

Food amazing! Service outstanding

Food was fresh, but huevos rancheros had salsa instead of red or green chili sauce; not what I was expecting.
