This store has changed so much in the last year. I had some issues with my App Orders and every time I mean it was a huge bummer but not at all their fault. I eat here at least a couple times a month and I am so grateful that they are so helpful and kind to get my order, my rewards and they do an excellent job of preparing my orders as well being kind. That’s asking a lot from people today but whatever you’re doing to your new employees I am very happy to notice their work performance has stepped it up so much. The managers now are very focused and nice to us and that means a lot so thank you all for what you do it’s awesome!!! Xoxo

Worst experience at at Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Just moved to New Mexico from Ohio YESTERDAY and had a gift card. Their system wasn’t working and I have no other means to pay because I just spent all my money moving here YESTERDAY. I tried giving the food back because I’m not driving off with food I didn’t pay for and the employees were all standing around the window like I was crazy. They said they could take it back because it was in my car with my dog. I threw the food on the ground and drove off. This is my first and last time ever coming to this Wendy’s. Never again. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with Wendy’s corporate and the district manager will be following up with me about this. I’m so disgusted with how I was treated by the employees and what looked like to be the manager.
