Someone wrote this blakes was better than los Luna's location. Wrong! Never know what will be like. Sometimes loaded with salt. Today some slimy bottled I suspect salsa instead of chopped green chilies. Yuck!

I’ve ordered from this location on accident 3 times in the morning and have tried to get a refund but the process of going through corporate and waiting for someone to call back never happened. They can’t simply refund even going to the location. Very disappointed on their online with little to no options of certain items when ordering a burrito or burger.

I had the pleasure of stopping it at this lotaburger today and I had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The store was clean which is always a plus. My food came out quick and hot. The manager, Michelle even came by my table to check on me. The food was delicious and prepared exactly as I ordered it. I will definitely be going back to this spot in the future.

Absolutely horrible. The females working there must be related the same bad attitude to include the manager as well, my receipt has the name Michelle on it- who not once greeted a customer, just stared waiting for customer to order not a hello NOTHING. There was about 15 people ordering and waiting- the staff were so extremely rude Rolling their eyes, shaking their head, taking trash behind the counter about customers. They messed up Multiple orders while standing there witnessing people come in missing food, drink issues and not one “I’m sorry” or let me fix that for you. I got my order and of course it was wrong had to go back in the proceeded to touch the food without gloves I asked her to put gloves on, and she said “wow these people are rude today” and rolled her eyes- I said and so are you guys it’s unbelievable the attitude and the way you treat paying customers asking for manager she was extremely defensive and encouraged the behavior. Something definitely needs to be addressed that’s the worst Blake’s I’ve ever been to. I hope this comment finds its way to a real manager or owner.

The lady that was making the burgers answered her phone while wearing her food prep gloves. Went back to making burgers without ever changing her gloves. I walked out. That's such a shame. I used to love this place.
