My visit was ok no one was unfriendly. The only thing was when I ordered the honey mustard wrap with the small drink and small fries it was unclear that the meal included 2 wraps unless I ordered each item separatly. I believe I spent a little more as a meal than if I ordered each item separatly. This was not a biggy but it was just unclear I did ask a question and then I understood.
The problem was just it was a little missleading that's all. Again the staff was friendly.
I had trouble getting my Google pay to work at the drive thru. Three employees, including the manager, were super kind in trying to assist with it. They went above and beyond and were super pleasant. Best customer service ever and still made me feel like a valued customer. Kudos to them! Thank You???
I coach track & field at a high school in Albuquerque. We were finished with a meet in Socorro and called ahead to see if they could accommodate 45+ kids. They said they could do we went with Burger King. The staff was super helpful and quick with our food. They even had the names of our athletes on each bag ready for us to go when we walked into the lobby. Thank you to the manager on shift and his team for a quick meal enabling us to arrive home shortly after.
