Best chile rellenos I've had thus far !! Their fajitas are delicious af!! I got their chicken fajita burrito smothered in Christmas sauce, so freaking good. Their menudo is yummy too ! I don't normally like enchiladas but they make it pretty decent here! Their tortilla chips with guac is also hella yummy! All I can say is I haven't had Mexican food this good in a while !! If you're looking for a quick lunch offsite from New Mexico Tech campus, this is the place. Good value, with a NM/Socorro vibe, and Mexican food that certainly defines the local area. A lot to choose from, but go early because it's a popular lunch spot!
