Service was absolutely horrible and they did not seem that busy. Sat at the Bar for 20 minutes and we were never even acknowledged. When we were sat for our food service was slow, all three of our steaks were under cooked to our orders, we never received 1 salad, my mixed drinks had no alcohol in them, mashed potatoes were cold, soup came out with the main course. I sent my steak back only for it to return the same. Overall the food had potential but the easily overwelmed and/or careless staff need alot of work. I can not recommend this.

From reading the reviews, I was expecting a decent steak dinner. Not so much. It's as if they were overwhelmed and unprepared for the rush of diners.

We waited in the adjoining bar while waiting to be seated. The bartender, when she finally came out from the back, never greeted us and we sure never had an opportunity to order any drinks. After almost 15 minutes of being ignored, and watching other folks get served, my friend insisted we wait in the restaurant lobby as we were definitely not going to be served. This should have been a clue and we should have left.

Service was slow but I will say our waitress was nice enough and appeared to be trying her best but the atmosphere and the food worked against her. Everyone in our group ordered steaks, 2 medium and 1 medium rare. The steaks all came out rare. Even after sending one of the steaks back for further time on the grill, it somehow still was rare.

I ate my rare steak, even though I ordered a medium, and found it very chewy (aged 40-days?) and had gristle. My dining partner never received his salad and odds were my other dining partner never had any alcohol in his hard Arnold Palmer (they called it a Tom Arnold).

Pretty disappointing experience.

We were in Socorro and noticed Jackson Ranch Steakhouse... one never knows when in an unfamiliar area... the lot was full of cars... which is always a good sign...

The food was absolutely delicious... and the service was great... Mariah was our server and she was great...

We would definitely have dinner here again if we are in the area...

Pretty good but service was slow. It took a minute for the waitress Justice to get to us but she was very friendly once she did.

It was in the top 5 steak houses I've eaten, ever. I've worked all over the Western US, and this was fantastic. Three brothers celebrating a reunion.

Good food. Good service. Nice selection of craft beers. I had the sirloin and have to say it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I did also like that the bar section was separated from the family dining area. The bar area was cozier and very pleasant.

We were spending the night in Socorro and decided to eat dinner here. We were seated immediately and had the sweetest server, Mariyah. She was so helpful and attentive. I had the fish and mashed potatoes with gravy, I also had the cole slaw which I am picky about and it was all really good. My husband had the ribeye and it was a little under done. They did not hesitate to take it back and it was brought back to the table by a man that I think was a manager, he made sure that it was perfect. We had the bread pudding, it was amazing. I also love that they have the "Missing Man Table " and give discounts to First Responders and Police Officers. We loved this place! Highly recommend!

Don't have any fresh vegetables except cream corn w/green chilly which was dry , tasted like it was 2wks old and service likes alot to be desired , looked like a training problem to me. Way overpriced considering.

Have never had a disappointing meal there. The kitchen knows how to treat a good steak or brisket. All of our servers--save one--were knowledgeable, friendly and skilled, and the one exception let us know she was a new hire. Word of warning: weekend dinners are crowded, so on a weekend, plan to dine early.
