McDonald's corporate needs to get off its lazy butt and send someone to fix its broken order screen. Its un usable and you can't see the menu or what you are ordering to check if its right. And its been broken for a good year or more. No problem with the actual McDonald's. Just the lazy corporate jerk offs who refused to fix what they are obligated to fix.

Went through the drive through, the screen is broken and you can't read most of it, which was obviously irritating to the cashier. Sorry I don't eat at McDonald's very often.
I ordered a Big Mac without lettuce, the only alteration to my meal. It came with lettuce. The employees in both windows were curt and unfriendly. The food was incredibly bland. The fries were cold.
This is absolutely absurd for the cost.
Why would anyone want to come here and get expensive poor quality food and bad service?

What can I expect from an experience at McDonalds? We went through the drive through at mcdonald’s and my boyfriend was ordering food and the lady taking the order was being incredibly rude. She wouldn’t an acknowledge that she got the order so we were really confused. My boyfriend would say Hello? because the sound on her end would go away. I guess she got annoyed and began giving us attitude and literally said “do i have to say okay every time?” in a rude voice. Then kept answering us with attitude. I’m allergic to raisins and my boyfriend requested NO RAISINS for my oatmeal. I proceed to open the McDondalds bag and they only gave me raisins. I can’t even trust my food now because i’m worried this vindictive and rude McDonalds employee spit in it since she already tried to kill me with the raisins. Great way to start my morning.
