Stopped in for coffee while supercharging. The regular drip coffee was very weak. The Americano was better but they forgot to add any cream. Bathrooms were in a serious need of cleaning.

I went to this location tonight. Went in the drive through stop for 15 minutes. While the other Lane kept getting served, there was a McDonald's employee standing outside on her phone failed to tell me that the Lane was closed for 10 minutes. She stood there, talked on her phone. Then I finally asked her, what's up with this lane, is it broken? Why do why don't they? If this lanes closed? She said I was on my phone I couldn't tell you. That is the worst customer service. I have ever heard in my entire life. I have been to a lot of bad McDonald's in my life. But this one, the customer service takes the cake. That was the rudest most disrespectful. I've ever been treated. Adam McDonald's, you guys really need to step your game up, that's some terrible service. And for her to say, I couldn't tell you, I was on my phone. Never in my life.

The staff was beyond amazing. I booked a last minute party and they really made it convient and affordable. Service was crazy fast they had our order ready before I paid for the party. It truly made my nephews 1st bday one to remember. I cant thank the staff enough. The manager on shift I didnt catch her name but she was amazing and really the customer service was outstanding. Thanks again

It's a mediocre McDonald's location, really. The staff is generally either very rude or decently polite. There is no in between so you never know what to expect. Service is pretty fast. It's pretty often I have to return my order for correction, though. I would honestly drive to another McDonald's if it wasn't over 50 miles to get there. 🤷♀️

First of all you can't understand the person taking the orders. Than they asked us to park took about ten minutes for a kid to bring our order out with his pants practically at his knees. The kid than asks what's your order rustling through the bag of food with no gloves. Finally we get our food and the fries are still raw the nuggets are old and the burgers are extremely messy. I am aware most people don't want to work so you are happy to just have bodies but at least train them better.
