They put a separate charge on my credit card for a glass of water at $.63 for a small. I was after they charged me six dollars for a medium sonic blast and it took 20 minutes.. unbelievable.

Please don’t waste your money or your time here. The quality of their food is horrible. Their service is no better either. The chili cheese fries tasted stale and disgusting. When we asked for a refund they denied it and offered to remake them. Only to use the same batch of disgusting fries. Corporate really needs to come out here and see what the heck they are doing to this place.

If you want your order in a timely manner, don't go here. We didn't even have a large order. The machine wouldn't read or process our debit card. Thankfully. We waited at least 25 minutes for 2 mini blasts, 2 large drinks, and 2 Rt 44 drinks. When we asked how much longer it was going to be, we got a manager that obviously had no clue, and the workers were SLOW. After another few minutes, we just drove off. Very sad excuse for Sonic.

What I Ordered: a Chile cheese HOTDOG, mozz sticks, and a coke zero.
What I got: Chile cheese fries, stuffed into the bottom of a hot dog package, with the plastic fork and napkins shoved into the mess as well. A regular coca cola, and FROZEN CHEESE STICKS.
Employees seemed to be just absolutely out of it. Like, not on this planet.
And I paid over 22 dollars for it, because they charged my card multiple times.

Spent $78.92 for 12 cheeseburgers and stated...NO KETCHUP NO MAYO. Ordered them with mustard...not a hard order....but they messed it up and couldn't even say sorry....and hung up when I called to complain....thanks for ME NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT........y'all suck. The car hop was nice and at least did her job...

Don’t order from Sonic in Socorro, Just bought 3 extra large cokes from here and when we got home we all noticed hair in our drinks on the lid and inside and not just 1 hair lots of hair like someone got a hair cut over our drink’s!!! Never going back again!
