Stopped by on our way to Kansas. Wow!!! What an unexpected surprise. I had the breakfast burrito plate with red and green sauce (Christmas). It was incredible. Our server was the amazing Elida, the owner. It doesn’t get any better.

Food was good was a bit thrown off by them asking to add beans to my frito pie. Thought that beans normally go in frito pies. The Chile fries were good. Chile isnt hot but tasty. Surcharge of 2.50 for using a credit card was a bit odd. Got our food to go the atmosphere was a bit dated and the lady was giving off...get off my lawn vibes.

We stopped in for lunch only to be ignored by staff. They were not busy. After waiting a period of time to just be ignored, we got up and left. Sad to see a little town cafe unwilling to try provide customer service skills or even look at you and smile. We go thru Springer regularly but will never stop at this place again.

Enchiladas were not good and the staff were trying to serve more tables than they should. Long waits between chips and drink refill.

Great little stop when passing back and forth. Love the mom and pop little dives like this.

Possibly the best huevos rancheros in NM. Clean, friendly, and family run. Elita served us. Stop here!

Our server was so sweet and the food was good. I had been craving good pozole for a while and even just the base without the chile was so good! Give the sweet boy a good tip if ya can, he was working the whole floor by his self and slaying it.
