We take the Mexican Sweet Bread classic Concha, dice it up and mix it with homemade custard, then bake it into a delectable dessert that is as unique as our region that inspired it. Served with fresh whipped cream and candied pecans. Flavors vary depending on Concha availability (but they are all delicious and freshly made.)

Wow! The moist brisket sandwich was amazing!!!! Charro beans were super tasty!!!! Bread pudding with pecans were off the charts!!!!!! This food was by far, better tasting than Rudy's bbq, Stateline & Johnny's pit bbq!!!!! I will be back! Oh, by the way, the bbq made from scratch was also kick as@!!!

Just finished eating the holiday dinner from Sunland Park BBQ Company , and if you didn't order it, you missed out. The smoked turkey was delicious, moist, and well seasoned. The sausage stuffing was a hit even with my wife who hates sausage. The charro beans had a nice kick to them, the sauces and gravy were excellent pairings especially the holiday bbq sauce mixed with cranberry. Not to mention the bread pudding was to die for. Brisket is moist and delicious, the Rio grande nachos are loaded with queso and everything but the kitchen sink! Sliders are the perfect size for a light lunch. Mango tea was refreshing. Bread pudding made with conchas, a scrumptious dessert.
