The Western bar is a good place to grab a burger and a beer while in Cloudcroft. I like the western burger.

So a family of five, including a 4 year old and an 11 year old and a grandmother, we're kicked out of this place yesterday. The service was slow and after 25 minutes we asked for the bartender to bring us our two beers as the waitress was only 18 which we understood. Then two young men came out of the kitchen using the F word and verbally attacking us! With two young children there!!! Then the owner/ manager Therese came out and ordered us to leave as she said we called her 18 year old daughter fat among other things which was totally untrue!!! Such unprofessional actions by the staff and we are still in shock as a family!!! We will never set foot in this place again until ownership changes!!

We had breakfast this morning. Large portions and delicious. Our server was friendly and attentive, refilling our coffee often. They dont take credit cards. We will have breakfast here for the rest of our Cloudcroft vacation.

We came in here to eat after doing some hiking and it hit the spot. The burger was good, my daughter seemed to enjoy her grilled cheese while my wife and other daughter split a big salad. FYI - they don’t accept credit cards.

We ate dinner there twice, pretty good place. My only complaint would be the food was all kinda cool temperature wise, not very hot. First night we shared a meatloaf, pretty good, as was the CFS the next night. Server was helpful and attentive.
