For the amount spent at this location the service was not great. The cashier however was friendly, kind and helpful but the lady frying and packaging the fries was horrible. They need to put someone who has customer service there. Too bad I forgot her name....wasn't a common name. :/

Went thru drive thru. Was told to dr8ve in an empty parking spot, the food will be brought out, I waited 20 mins. Finally received my food, it was cold, I had to get out amd asked to get hot food. I stood and waited outside for 5 mins. Got my food again, and it was still cold. I was on the road for 2 1/2 hrs and I was hungry. Burger isnt what it used to be, plus it was cold and the fries. The service was awful, no apologizes what so ever from the drive thru person. She seriously needs customer service skills. I suggest do not eat here. I'd give it minus 100 stars.

It was an unpleasant experience. I spent most of my lunch hour waiting for food that was delivered cold... both fries and burger were cold. Workers aren't costumer friendly as well.

Burgers are about the size of a McDonald’s happy meal burger. $11 for a kiddie burger and medium fries—definitely not worth the price.

I went through the drive through one afternoon and had to wait awhile just for one New Mexico style burger. I think they forgot about me possibly but I eventually did get the burger I ordered. Sometimes there is bad service like this with this location but the food does always taste good.
