I liked it better when they had inside dining, but I guess that went away when covid arrived. They have good green Chile cheeseburgers.

Love this spot! Old school, car hop service or order at the window. The outside may need a little TLC but don't let that sway you, the food is hot, fresh and delicious every time. I love the patty melt, ya gotta try!

I was unaware that Al-O-Mar served Ice cream Sundaes, I suggest the Butterscotch with whip cream, pecans and a cherry! The regular food is great as well and the servers are friendly and accommodating.

I just feel they can do better with the carhops vibe the menus are way too small. I went today for a smothered chicken burrito ? got a chicken strip with beans smothered in green chili. I was hoping for shredded chicken in a burrito but the green chili was hot enough I can say

“Home of the green chile burger”. Huh? How about home of the small, thin, frozen, premade processed ground beef patty topped with a cold piece of cheese and green chile that you can’t even taste. Accompanied with a few run of the mill fries. C’mon. Take some pride in your food please.I will say this: the ice water was good and so was the service.1st and last time.
