If you’re traveling on 54 south through New Mexico and are hungry, stop by the Rosa. This was a great gas and cafe stop. Their hamburger basket and Philly steak basket was great. Excellent service and cozy atmosphere.

We stopped here about 1:30 pm on a weekday in December. There was a large party actually sitting outside the restaurant with the tables in the restaurant itself about half full. It was clear that most if not all the diners except for us were locals even though the restaurant is in a truck stop. The food was great--we both had Huevos Rancheros and they were easily the best Huevos we've had. If we're every passing again, we'll stop.

The food was really good . I never ate at a place attached to a gas stop but don't let that stop you from going. We had the hamburgers (which was on a special!!!) Adriana was our waitress and she was just a delight. She told us her husband Devin is the cook and it was just an overall pleasant experience I would definitely come back again when I visit.

Walked in there and immediately saw a swarm of flies over a booth on the silverware and the napkins. We sat in a booth and the table was dirty and asked the waitress if we could sit anywhere and she half-heartedly looked at us and nodded her head yes. We decided just to walk out I couldn't deal with all the flies in there.

Ordered the smothered burrito (beef with green sauce). Tasted like dirty dishwater and everything was soaked in salt. Absolutely disgusting. However, the girls that work here are always super nice and respectful.
