Waiter was rude and did not check up on us frequently. Food did not come out in a timely matter and when it did come out, it was cold to the touch. Really disappointing having to wait almost an hour for your food and not having a warm plate of food in front of you. I ordered the chicken parm expecting a breaded chicken but got an under cooked grilled chicken. Management was no help and lashed out when the problem was brought to her attention. You’re better off saving your time and money!!

Waited over an hour and half for our food, 2 in our party ate before us, at some point the rest got their food but not 1 (this point we were over it) found hair in our food. Decided to try a new spot but never again. Our waitress argued with us then another lady (who was waitressing another table) chimed in, then you have another lady who stood behind us arguing; then you have Kyle (manager) arguing with us. Very unprofessional we had kids with us. Kyle instead of not helping the situation help your waitresses you clearly stood there doing nothing or in fact just in the kitchen!
