I've eaten many pizzas in my day, but I will say that Chu Chu's put out one of the best I've ever had today! The crust was perfect and the ingredients fresh. The chips and salsa were unique, the salsa had a sweetness to it that was a welcoming change from typical restaurant salsa. The crew here takes great pride in what they put out. We'll definitely be back.
(Disclaimer: We were too hungry to remember pictures of the actual food before eating)Pie head here...gotta try the pie everywhere I go, whether its just passing through or trying to establish a new long term relationship.Still not quite sure how I ended up living on a Native American reservation, specifically the Zuni reservation (much too personal for restaurant review)...but even if I didn't have such a knowledgeable guide, there's basically no way to miss Chu Chu's...
Everything I've tried is delicious, and prices are quite reasonable. Good hours for a fairly remote location. I can see why there is a steady stream of locals popping in and picking up orders to go. The sub sandwich of varying lengths is always a crowd pleaser and feeds a lot. The bread is legendary.
